Total of 7 passengers. Driver used English translator that worked fine for all passengers from USA, Taiwan and Singapore. Expected trip to be long but van was clean and comfortable. Road noise was loud on highway. Driver made changes to itinerary but it was agreeable to all passengers. Just enough time for site visits and lunch stops. Highlights were Takayama Inari Shrine, Hirosaki Park, Tsuru no Mai Bridge, and Aomori Shrine.

I had a blast for my first japan trip and I enjoyed the self guided trip, we all had a time for each itirenary spot and Minoru-san was really open and was doing his best to help us using his translator device. I definitely recommend this if you are a solo traveller because public transportation going to some major places like Takayama shrine and Tsuru no Maihashi bridge is really hard and time consuming. The trip happened April 20 when the 7.6 earthquake hit and it was really memorable for me too.

Our tour guide and driver, Mr. Takaya, is a local Japanese, but he used a translation device to ensure everyone understood. We didn't just visit the planned stops; he also pulled over at special spots along the way for us to see, take photos, and rest. Finally, he took us to the Hakatoge Observatory, which offers a panoramic view of Lake Towada. We arrived at Aomori Station a little late due to some minor traffic, but overall, it felt like we got an amazing deal on this trip.

Our Japanese driver and guide will arrive 15-20 minutes early for pickup in a car or van. This is a small group tour, and communication will be facilitated using a translation device. We will stop at all possible locations for guests to take photos. Typically, day trips return early, but this time we went over schedule, and the guide provided very detailed explanations. Oirase Stream is absolutely stunning and must be visited on a day with good weather. The driver will allow guests to walk for 20 minutes, then get back in the car, walk for another 20 minutes, and so on. This way, even those not accustomed to long walks won't find it tiring. It was excellent!

I participated in a one-day tour in early April. The driver was very friendly. Although the Hakkoda Ropeway was not operating that day due to high winds, we went to Jogakura Bridge, where the scenery was spectacular, and we could see the snow gradually melting. Afterward, we successfully visited Oirase Stream, and the driver pointed out the famous spots along the way. We also saw the Snow Corridor! I highly recommend this Klook tour, and I'd like to try other activities next time if I have the chance.
