The environment is clean and tidy, and the variety of offerings is quite diverse. It's not crowded in the morning, making for a more relaxed experience 😎. The staff's attitude isn't bad; they respond promptly to questions, and another staff member was very friendly and proactively offered assistance 🥰.

Extremely Beginner-Friendly: This is one of the few venues specifically highlighted by the Consumer Council, which "strongly recommends beginners take a class first." Coaches strictly teach proper and safe falling techniques. Professional Coach Guidance: On-site coaches are highly responsive and proactively warn players when they observe dangerous movements, a point particularly praised by the Consumer Council. Child and Family Friendly: The Kai Tak branch features an 8-meter-high auto-belay climbing wall, suitable for children aged 4 and above, as well as beginners. The San Po Kong branch offers a custom-designed climbing wall for children and a professional children's climbing school. Diverse Facilities: The Shek Mun branch: Hong Kong's first 24-hour indoor bouldering gym, spanning 4,000 square feet and equipped with a Kilter board. The Kai Tak branch: Boasts a 15-meter-high speed climbing wall that meets international standards. The Tai Koo branch: Located in Paradise Mall, it offers over a hundred routes designed by international route setters from Japan.

The masseuse proactively communicated about the pressure and sometimes told jokes to lighten the mood. However, there was a bit of a hard sell at the end. When it was time to pay, they also briefly tried to sell a package, but I rarely go to Hong Kong Island, so I didn't consider it. They didn't seem upset, and overall, the experience was quite good.

Post-trial feedback: This package is truly a great value! From the moment we entered and took off our shoes to being escorted to the room, the staff were incredibly polite and attentive, making us feel right at home. When it was time to change for the spa, although the spa area was a bit small, it offered complete privacy, and there was even a cold green tea and a cold towel ready for use, which was very thoughtful! In the Kwun Tong area, having a spa, facial, and body massage is quite rare. The facial itself was incredibly comfortable; although the products used were a bit ordinary, for a price of just over 300 HKD, I understand that you can't expect too much! Finally, the massage therapist came in, and they were truly skilled, applying plenty of pressure without holding back at all—definitely commendable! Regarding the package price, it's really worth considering. There's absolutely no hard selling, and it's worth experiencing firsthand. Joining a plan later on isn't very expensive either; for just a few hundred HKD, you get all three services. In the past, this might have cost four figures, so it's an incredible deal! I especially appreciate the manager's meticulous attention to detail—100% excellent! 👍🏻

The instructor was very professional, patient, and friendly, and even helped us take photos. First, they taught us about different perfumes, then guided us step-by-step in making our own perfume. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this experience.

It was my older son's birthday, and I originally planned to use a birthday discount. However, they had a buy-one-get-one-free Easter promotion, which was an even better deal. The venue isn't huge, but it's clean. I've been to other playhouses where my socks turned black after playing, but that wasn't an issue here. Both of my sons had a great time.

Service: The waitstaff constantly helped clear plates, which was great. Restaurant Environment: Although not large, the high ceilings made it feel spacious, which was nice. Price: Worth it. Food Taste: The oysters and crab were fresh, and the sashimi was good. However, the hot smoked items weren't hot enough, and the variety was a bit limited. I understand the space is small, so that's not a big deal. The most important thing is that the lamb chops were stewed, and if the outside wasn't cooked, how could the inside be? Perhaps too many were cooked at once and stuck together, preventing the outside from cooking properly. As someone who enjoys rare meat, I feel this could be improved.

Last time I stayed at Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West, I went straight to the Café Circles buffet on the 9th floor for dinner, and it was absolutely amazing! The ambiance here is top-notch, with incredibly high ceilings and a spacious layout. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive city and sea views, making it feel so relaxing, almost like a vacation, as you sit and enjoy your meal. My favorite was the chilled seafood station, featuring fresh shrimp, king crab legs, bread crabs, conch, clams, freshly shucked oysters, and sashimi. Everything was incredibly fresh; the crab legs were sweet to the core, and the shrimp were perfectly springy. I piled my plate high and felt like I got more than my money's worth! There was also a live cooking station with delicious roasted beef, grilled squid, and grilled mushrooms. During the Singaporean and Malaysian themed period, they also offered spiced soup, Rendang chicken, and Hainanese chicken rice, all authentic and wonderfully comforting. The dessert section was another paradise for me! Durian cake, Nyonya kueh, pandan coconut milk pudding, and various mango desserts were all beautifully presented – almost too pretty to eat. Plus, there was unlimited Häagen-Dazs ice cream, which was heaven for an ice cream lover like me. The service was excellent too; the staff were diligent in clearing plates and replenishing food, and their attitude was friendly, so there was no long wait. In terms of price, dinner starts from HK$554 on weekdays (with discounts as low as 32% off), offering incredible value for money. You can eat your fill and have a great time. It's perfect for families or couples, with comfortable and uncrowded seating.
