I recently traveled from Hong Kong to Zhuhai using the Trans Island Chinalink open ticket bus, and it was a great experience. **Convenience:** The open ticket option offers excellent flexibility, allowing me to choose my departure time without stress. **Comfort:** The bus was spacious and clean, with ample legroom and good air conditioning, making the ride enjoyable. **Service:** The staff were friendly and helped make the boarding process smooth, with efficient border crossing. **Overall Impression:** I highly recommend this service for its convenience, comfort, and value. I’ll definitely use it again!
Have to go to the meeting point at least 15 min before your booking time as people will line up for it. The bus will drop you at the HK immigration around the HK Airport, then you walk to get on a transit bus. The transit bus will take you to Zhuhai Port where You get off to pass the Chinese immigration there. It was a smooth journey and not difficult unless you have lots of baggage. At the Zhuhai Port, there are also yummy restaurants with reasonable prices so eating there is recommended (especially before going to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, which is more expensive).
The Easter holiday has begun, and there are queues of people queuing up everywhere. This is the first time I took my children on a bus to Zhuhai Chimelong to play. It really saves a lot of worry! Go directly to the hotel without having to take a taxi or wait! But it took longer than expected, at least 3 hours in advance! Moreover, you cannot get on the bus directly with the klook QR code. You have to go to the branch to exchange for a physical ticket in advance (circled in the picture)
I departed from the roundabout station outside Exit A in Tai Wai to the Zhuhai Port. Staff members were waiting there for passengers. After showing my QR code, I was able to board the bus. The bus departed on time, first heading to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge for customs clearance, and then transferring to another bus to Zhuhai Port. The journey took approximately 1.5 hours. It was very convenient, and I will definitely purchase this ticket again for my next trip.

Very convenient and fast, the carriage is clean and tidy. However, if you buy a round trip at Klook, you need to buy two one-way tickets. The staff told you that it would be cheaper to buy a round trip ticket at the store.
have to call to confirm tickets after booking on Klook. would be great if this step could be steamlined. otherwise everything is good and as expected.
On the return trip, you can pick up the bus at Penguin Hotel and drop off directly at Prince Edward...👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Very convenient
