Seat reservation process: There were no assigned seats, and the tour bus I took from Shenzhen Bay was not a Round-the-Island Tour bus. The station signs were not very clear, which caused some confusion.
Redemption Instructions: When boarding at the Xana Hotel, the hotel staff did not clearly inform me of my seat number. I assumed I could sit anywhere, but at the next stop, everyone boarding had assigned seats according to their tickets, which led to a very awkward situation. Luckily, I asked the ticket agent at the time, and he used my QR code to find my seat number.
When I booked a bus ticket on Klook from Shenzhen to Zhongshan, it didn't show a seat number. If I buy the ticket directly from Cross-Boundary Coach, it does.
