The hotel waiters are very polite, the receptionists and waiters are all very polite, the atmosphere is good, the environment and venue are decorated with Christmas decorations, the food tastes delicious and satisfying, especially baked crab lids and fish maw abalone are given to everyone. Surprise has the God of Cookery. The ambient lighting is moody, the seats are spacious and comfortable, and the restrooms are clean and hygienic. The oysters are medium-sized, fresh and worth the price. There are many kinds of other seafood, which taste fresh and sweet. Desserts include my favorite New York cheese cakes, Thai desserts, tender Chinese grouper, delicious suckling pigeon, and crispy suckling pig. The children were most happy with the unlimited orange juice, and overall they were very satisfied.

Klook book $350 buffet per person, and it's on New Year's Day, which is really cheap. There are many kinds of food, with unlimited oysters, abalone, and crab legs. They also give you baked lobster with cheese. High cost performance. Walk-in is $538, but you get a 25% discount. It's a bit remote, but it's very close if you live nearby. Will go again next time!!

This was my first time staying at Hotel Ease, and it was entirely thanks to a friend's recommendation. The main draw, of course, was the oysters! The oysters were shucked to order, with a limit of three per person per trip, which is already much more generous than other hotel buffets offering oysters. The staff mentioned the coral oysters were imported from Japan. The flavor was just average and a bit on the bland side, but they were quite large. The semi-buffet featured two types of soup, Chinese and Western. Special praise goes to the creamy mixed mushroom soup, which was delicious. When I went back for more, the Western soup had been switched to French onion soup, which was equally delightful. Other seafood options like fish jelly, prawns, whelks, mussels, and clams were decent, though the clams hadn't thawed completely, making them a bit hard with a slight freezer taste, while the rest of the seafood was up to standard. The desserts were really just so-so; they looked better than they tasted, and the only one worth recommending was the mint chocolate cake. As for the drinks, the fruit tea lacked any fruit flavor at all, but the coffee from the machine was actually good. My friend, who is a connoisseur, could tell it was Illy brand coffee. The staff's service attitude was okay. Due to what was likely a shortage of staff, plate-clearing was relatively slow, which is understandable. Finally, I would like to mention that out of our party of 10 who dined, a couple of friends experienced some diarrhea after eating the oysters. This really depends on individual stomach sensitivity and cannot be entirely blamed on the hotel. After all, eating raw food always carries a bit of risk, so everyone should judge their own limits.

Service: The waitstaff constantly helped clear plates, which was great. Restaurant Environment: Although not large, the high ceilings made it feel spacious, which was nice. Price: Worth it. Food Taste: The oysters and crab were fresh, and the sashimi was good. However, the hot smoked items weren't hot enough, and the variety was a bit limited. I understand the space is small, so that's not a big deal. The most important thing is that the lamb chops were stewed, and if the outside wasn't cooked, how could the inside be? Perhaps too many were cooked at once and stuck together, preventing the outside from cooking properly. As someone who enjoys rare meat, I feel this could be improved.

Comfortable environment, shuttle bus available from the subway station every half hour. I've purchased this countless times. At the price of 98 dollars, enjoying the service and food equivalent to 198 dollars in a bustling area is absolute value for money. A great place for a casual lunch, highly recommended!

I bought a voucher today and can use it tomorrow. I received a WhatsApp confirmation for the order. The food selection is extensive and tastes great, making it a good value. The hotel's location isn't very convenient for transportation, but the shuttle bus service to Kwai Hing MTR station is a good arrangement.

The main course tastes average, but there are salads, soups, desserts, ice cream, fruits, coffee/orange juice, all you can drink, and there are many choices of ice cream, which can last for three hours. There is also a hotel shuttle bus to and from Kwai Hing MTR station. Worth a try.

The price is super attractive! 😍 All-you-can-eat Japanese oysters 🦪. Although there are fewer food choices, eating oysters alone makes it worth the price! 😍 There's a free shuttle van too! 👍 (For oyster lovers) Highly recommended (no stomach issues after eating! 😍👍) The milk tea ice cream is delicious! 😍

There were five of us, and we ordered Hainanese chicken rice (an additional $20), which was delicious. The cod (an additional $40) was a bit charred on the outside, but the fish itself was good. The lamb rack (an additional $60) was a generous portion with three pieces, and the chef's skill was excellent. The carbonara was superb, didn't cost extra, and the cooking and flavor were amazing. The service was attentive, plates were cleared quickly, and salads, fruits, and desserts were refilled frequently. We will definitely be back.
