It's been a long time since I last had a buffet dinner at Park Hotel. Tonight, Saturday, July 11th, the place was completely packed! Although the food selection wasn't extensive, it was definitely worth the price, and the overall quality was quite good. They even replenished the bread crabs at 9 PM. The king crab was better than what you find at other hotels – not too salty and not dry 👍🏻. The ribeye was also excellent, and the sashimi and smoked salmon were great. Additionally, some of the made-to-order dishes required a short wait, but the queue moved quickly. The dessert and drink options were incredibly rich: various flavors of Movenpick and Häagen-Dazs ice cream were available, and coffee, tea, red, and white wine were all free-flowing. Many hotels can't offer this at this price point! Service: 5 stars There was a slight issue with our reservation and the hotel, which was later resolved by Manager Angus. We were extremely satisfied with the outcome 👍🏻. His enthusiastic and polite attitude is commendable 👍🏻😊. The rest of the front-line staff were also courteous and attentive. Overall, the experience was superb! Restaurant Environment: 5 stars. While not opulent, the seating was comfortable. Perhaps because we were seated further back, there weren't many people walking around 😊. In summary, highly recommended! 👍🏻

The environment is great, and transportation is convenient. The restaurant is clean, and the tables are spaced out nicely, so it doesn't feel cramped. There's a wider variety of food than I expected. With the buy-one-get-one-free dinner deal, it averages out to just over $300 per person, and the food isn't just thrown together. The chilled seafood, especially the mussels and king crab legs, stands out. The mussels are fresh and have a distinct mussel flavor. Although the crab legs are a bit thin, they're flavorful and not overly salty. While the sashimi isn't cut perfectly, it's fresh and doesn't have any strange odors. Among the hot dishes, I particularly enjoyed the grilled lamb chops; they weren't overcooked, just right, and not too gamey. Overall, all the food is above average. Plus, there's unlimited juice, soda, and red and white wine. Only the desserts are a bit ordinary. Both the waitstaff and chefs have excellent service attitudes. In summary, the value for money is very high, and I would definitely want to come back and eat here again.

The overall experience was very satisfying, and it definitely deserves a five-star rating! 1. Exquisite Savory and Sweet Treats with a Clear Theme This afternoon tea was themed around cantaloupe, and the three-tiered stand immediately caught our eye upon arrival. Among the desserts, the cantaloupe parfait was the most impressive. The ice cream, paired with refreshing fresh cantaloupe and delicate whipped cream, offered distinct layers and was not at all cloying. Additionally, the mini cantaloupe custard tarts and the cantaloupe-shaped mousse cakes were also exquisitely crafted and perfectly balanced in sweetness. The savory items were equally delightful. The cantaloupe mini wagyu burger featured thick, juicy beef, and the refreshing cantaloupe made it very appetizing. The cantaloupe prawn balls were crispy on the outside, with springy shrimp inside. 2. Rich Selection of Beverages In addition to the standard coffee or tea, the afternoon tea's special drink menu was very thoughtfully curated. We tried the cantaloupe smoothie, which was full of fruity flavor and offered a refreshing, early summer feel. The iced jasmine tea with cantaloupe coffee was also a novel combination, with a nice balance of tea, fruit, and coffee flavors. 3. Comfortable Environment and Excellent Value for Money The restaurant's interior is spacious and bright, with soft lighting and well-spaced tables, making it perfect for leisurely afternoon tea and conversation on a holiday. Considering the weekend price, it offers exceptional value for a hotel-level afternoon tea in the bustling Tsim Sha Tsui area! The staff were also quick to clear plates and refill water, and their service was friendly. In summary, from the food quality and presentation to the ambiance, everything was impeccable. It was a very pleasant dining experience, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

It's rare to find a buffet that's so suitable for the whole family. I tried their lunch before and thought it was great, but the dinner selection is even richer. There are more cold seafood options like bread crabs and long crab legs. The variety of hot dishes is extensive, making it suitable for both seniors and children. Plus, the hotel staff are very friendly. This time, there was even an Easter theme with mini-games, and a chef making Baked Alaska on the spot, which created a wonderful atmosphere. For our wedding anniversary, we went to Park Hotel for their buffet dinner. It was a buy-one-get-one-free offer, which made it incredibly good value for money, averaging just over three hundred per person. There was a wide variety of food, including fresh oysters, sashimi, snow crab, and bread crab with lots of roe. The restaurant environment was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely come again and recommend it to our good friends.

The buffet dinner at Park Hotel is cost-effective and definitely worth a try! The restaurant offers a wide variety of food, including crab legs, king crabs, shrimps, stuffed crab shells and other seafood, sushi, sashimi, a variety of hot dishes, and a variety of exquisite desserts (I especially like the mango sago and stewed milk), etc. The environment is comfortable and the atmosphere is pleasant. The buffet dinner here is relatively cheap but the ingredients are fresh and the food is delicious. It is a great dining experience! 😊

Food Taste: The steak was excellent, and the salmon sashimi was very fresh. Other dishes offered good value for money. The chilled seafood was just average, and both the chilled clams and the clam pasta had sand in them. The Chinese soup, winter melon with dried oysters, was delicious. Desserts: Today's Napoleon tart is a must-try; it's very tasty. Service: Very attentive, sincere, and efficient at clearing dishes. Restaurant Atmosphere: It's quite good.

This place is great for families. The staff are very friendly, and they clear plates quickly. The environment is clean, bright, and comfortable. There's a good selection of hot food. Although the cold seafood options are limited to shrimp, mussels, and clams (and they're a bit bland), it's still very suitable if you're bringing seniors or children who might not eat a lot of seafood or cold dishes. The buy-two-get-one-free offer makes the price very reasonable. We would definitely eat here again if there's another promotion.
