Best hotel, very clean and they always gave a new towel daily. the smell of the hotel is nice and the free shuttle to Metroplaza helps a lot going to MTR. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a very good hotel with a lot of space! Big hotels with agfordable prices are actually rare in Hong Kong. if you are goig to hong kong and your trip includes Hong Kong Disneyland, Macau, and Lantau Island, this is a great hotel to book because it’s closer to those areas compared to hotels in Hong Kong Island. Going to either lantau island or hong kong island is easy because it is close to an MTR station - Tai Wo Hau station. The hotel also provides free shuttle going to Metroplaza which makes it easier for you to access the MTR if you don’t like walking. There’s also a bus station 5 minutes away from the hotel where you can wait for bus A32 that goes straight to the airport! This makes it a really convenient spot when you’re travelling to the airport. Lastl, the hotel is overall clean and spacious and smells nice! The staff are accomodating and nice. Overall a nice stay for me and my friends (group of 4)

Been here twice, and all I can say is we're happy with the customer service- very accommodating, the room- spacious and clean, and can make a request of my preference, their free shuttle service- always on time, location- wise and convenient. Worry free! We will definitely keep coming back here.

Location is not near town nor public transport. The free shuttle bus is helpful but can be crowded, and may need to queue and wait for second round. Other than that, the hotel is good - friendly staff, big room and good facilities.
