Gilbert is one of the best guides I've met on Klook, and by far the most thoughtful. Before the trip, I was a bit worried that I might not understand a purely English-speaking guide, but after actually going, I realized there was absolutely no issue with that 💯. When the tour began, our guide Gilbert drove us directly to Kamakura. After parking, we immediately headed to Enoden to start our packed day. Throughout the trip, Gilbert patiently offered tips and gave us plenty of time to take photos and shop at each attraction. I highly recommend bringing extra cash 💰 and wearing comfortable walking shoes 👞, otherwise, your feet might get a bit uncomfortable by the end of the day. Finally, for travelers who were inspired by the Netflix show "Lost in Translation," you don't need to worry 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, as Gilbert will take you to all the important spots, including Gokurakuji Temple. (If you want to spend more time at a particular attraction, you can discuss it with the guide beforehand 👍🏻)

We had a wonderful day trip to Kamakura and Enoshima with our guide. He was young, friendly, and spoke both English and Chinese, which made everything very easy.
The tour was very well organized, and he was always punctual and easy to contact on WhatsApp. He showed us beautiful places in Kamakura, including a traditional temple, lovely sakura, and even a hidden pond. One special moment was taking a local train and stopping to take photos from the same view as a famous anime scene.
We also visited the Great Buddha, then took the train to Enoshima and walked to the island. Everything was beautiful, and the information he shared was very useful. He was also always happy to answer our questions.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants a beautiful, well-organized, and enjoyable tour.

This was a rather pleasant day trip to Kamakura and Enoshima, with the biggest highlight being the well-planned itinerary that allowed us to leisurely experience the local charm. In the morning, we met the tour guide at the Tokyo Station (M1) exit. They were very attentive and provided itinerary information and waiting locations the night before departure, and introduced the characteristics of the places along the way. The itinerary deliberately avoided a rushed, superficial tour and allowed for sufficient flexible time. Whether it was looking at the Shonan coast along the way on the train, or waiting for the train on the Gokurakuji Station platform with a gentle breeze, this "slow down" rhythm truly captured the everyday side of Kamakura. The Enoden Railway can be said to be the soul of this experience. Riding the retro green train through houses and coastlines, every frame of the scenery outside the window is like a movie scene. The itinerary made full use of the train's casual feel, rather than just treating it as a means of transportation, which was very well done. The stops along the way were particularly pleasant: · Shonan Coast: There was plenty of time to stand by the roadbed, watching surfers and the sparkling sea, feeling the classic Japanese summer atmosphere. · Enoshima: It is highly recommended to buy tickets to take the elevator (3 sets) up the mountain at your own expense (saving a lot of time and energy). Along the way, you can visit different shrines and enjoy a whitebait and shellfish lunch at noon. Walking slowly downhill, there is plenty of time to explore the shops between the stairs, or quietly watch the changes in light and shadow at the observation deck, drink a cup of coffee or eat a bowl of red bean soup. With this rhythm, we were able to carefully absorb the sea, trains, ancient temples, and human touch of Kamakura into our hearts. Although the weather was a bit unfortunate and we couldn't see Mount Fuji clearly, we would still like to come again at the same pace if we have the opportunity.

Many thanks to tour guide Liu Bin for meticulously planning our day trip. The entire itinerary was incredibly smooth and packed with activities, allowing us to experience many wonderful sights and local specialties in just one day.
Throughout the trip, tour guide Liu Bin patiently explained the historical background, cultural stories, and interesting local information for each attraction. This made the journey not just sightseeing, but a rich and meaningful cultural experience. He also thoughtfully attended to our needs, whether it was scheduling, route selection, or taking photos, making us feel very cared for and impressed by his professionalism.
This day of travel was relaxing and enjoyable, leaving us with many beautiful memories. We sincerely thank tour guide Liu Bin again for his hard work and enthusiastic service, and we wish him all the best in his work. We hope to have the opportunity to join another one of his wonderful tours in the future.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Day Trip from Tokyo – Highly Recommend
This Kamakura and Enoshima day tour was outstanding from start to finish. The itinerary was well-paced and thoughtfully planned, giving us enough time at each stop without feeling rushed.
Highlights included Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, strolling Komachi-dori Street, the serene beauty of Hasedera Temple, and seeing the Great Buddha up close, truly iconic. Ending the day in Enoshima was the perfect contrast, with coastal views, shrines, and ocean paths that made the experience even more memorable.
Transportation was smooth, timing was spot on, and the self-guided structure gave us flexibility while still being very organized. Everything ran exactly as advertised.
No negatives, this was a great value and an easy, stress-free way to see some of the best sights outside Tokyo. I would book this again without hesitation.

I joined the Kamakura, Enoshima, and Yokohama tour and it was a wonderful experience. Since the tour starts later in the morning, I was able to see Yokohama beautifully lit up at night, which was a highlight. Our guide Lee was amazing, very helpful, friendly, and supportive throughout the day, which I especially appreciated as a solo traveler.
During the free time in Yokohama, I explored Chinatown, which was gorgeous and full of delicious food to try. One thing to note is that the train can get very crowded, which is completely outside the tour company’s control, but it is good for other travelers to be prepared. Time management is also important because there are several stops, so plan ahead and prioritize what you want to see.
Overall, I definitely recommend this tour. Big thanks to tour guide Lee for making the day enjoyable and for being my hero and helping me.

Huge thanks to our amazing guide, Andy, who was super kind and professional throughout the trip.
At first, I thought I wouldn’t be able to visit Kamakura Koko-Mae Station (the famous spot from Slam Dunk) because the trains weren’t operating. But as soon as the trains started running again, our guide worked hard to make sure we could visit the spot and take photos. It was such a meaningful experience to stand there in person, and we really appreciated the guide’s effort to make it happen for us. It couldn’t have been easy, so thank you!
As for the Atami fireworks, they were absolutely incredible—seriously, so good! SUPER GOOOOOD!!!
Overall, this trip was super fun and memorable. And I will recommend this Klook trip to my friends.
