Our guide, Alex, was great and helped to take photos of many of us. He also shared bits and pieces of information about the attractions we went to in English and Chinese. The timings allocated for each attraction was also just nice. For those without transport, this was worth the money.

Great day trip with Ms Yasuda. She was friendly, polite, and punctual. The car was clean, comfortable, and spacious, fitting up to 23 passengers with foldable chairs. We booked driver service only, but Ms Yasuda kindly shared useful guidance and recommendations at the attractions. Private tour, so schedules are customisable. Highly recommended.

We are not prepared at all in the photoshoot because of the lack of time we have but maybe next time we will rent for a kimono for a more japanese vibes. We rented snow gear and a snowboard this time, and the experience was excellent. The staff was very attentive, carefully checking sizes and equipment details. The best part was being able to communicate in Chinese, which made the rental process easy and quick, so there was no need to worry about misunderstanding technical terms. The equipment was also in great condition. Highly recommended!
