We had a wonderful day trip from Sapporo! Our tour guide, Thomas, was excellent—very patient, professional, and friendly. He explained everything clearly and made sure everyone in the group was comfortable throughout the journey. The tour was well organized, relaxing, and covered all the highlights. This tour felt like we were able to see so many different sides of Hokkaido in just one day. Everything was well organized, and the itinerary was followed smoothly throughout the day. The tour is really good. We have a frienfly tour guide. He guides us safely and provides good information about the places we went. Our bus driver drives safely.

The itinerary was great, and the tour guide Oscar was very humorous and handsome. He could communicate in both English and Mandarin. The bus was very clean. It was easy to find in the morning at the appointed time. Everything ended perfectly.

For this trip to Sapporo, I signed up for 3 day tours from different companies. I'd rate this company the highest. The scheduling was excellent, the driver was reliable, the tour bus was comfortable, and the tour guide, Andy, was a real plus! 👍🏻 (I'm the type that hates noise.) Andy gently introduced the attractions' information, and his jokes were just right – not too much, not too little. It was pleasant to listen to the whole time. Thumbs up! I will definitely recommend it to my friends! 😃
