The room is super large and comfortable. It has a dry and wet separation and a bathtub. It's really great. I booked a room that can be booked. The view on the high floor is very beautiful👍

Ximen Citizen Hotel was the perfect place to stay during our trip to Taipei! It’s super affordable, yet offers comfort and cleanliness that exceeded our expectations. The staff cleans the room daily and even changes the sheets every day, which made our stay feel extra fresh and relaxing. The location is also a huge plus — just 3 to 5 minutes away from the lively Ximending shopping district, tons of great restaurants, and the train station, making it incredibly convenient to get around. If you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly, and well-located hotel in Taipei, this is it. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

The cleanliness is good. It has been renovated. I stayed in the room next to room 806 with a child. I occasionally heard the child talking to adults. The sound insulation needs to be improved. Breakfast is at your own expense.

The room is very clean and the soundproofing is very good. The city view is very beautiful. The parking lot can also park motorcycles. It's great. I will visit again next time.

Stayed here for a few nights and really had a great experience. The location is super convenient—just a short walk from Ximending Station, so getting around Taipei was easy. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English, which made check-in and asking for recommendations smooth and hassle-free.
The room was clean, the beds were super comfy, and it had all the amenities I needed—everything from toiletries to a hairdryer, even slippers and a water heater. For the price I paid, I honestly couldn’t ask for more. Totally enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again next time I’m in Taipei.

location was great. only minutes away from ximen station and other attraction. love the open pantry... room is clean and smells nice. staff are friendly and very helpful. really glad we chose Cho hotel. it did not disappoint.
