12-hour car charter. We were picked up at our Kuta hotel at 7:30 AM and headed to Ubud. We visited the Ashitaba shop we wanted to go to, Goa Gajah, Tegalalang, rode a swing while wearing a dress, enjoyed civet coffee at a coffee plantation, toured the UNESCO World Heritage Tirta Empul Temple, and had lunch at a place recommended by our driver. The driver spoke Japanese very well, and we had a great time chatting and laughing in the car while moving around. He also gave us detailed explanations at the temples, allowing us to truly feel the history. If we had stayed one more day, we would have definitely wanted to book with them again.

The fast boat we used was The Angkal, and I have no complaints whatsoever. Redeeming our voucher at the ticket counter was very easy, and we had no issues at all. Boarding was super easy, and the crew was very nice and helpful. They even helped us onto the boat. There are fans inside the boat, which made the ride comfortable. Overall, it was a very smooth ride. Thank you to the crew for getting us safely to Nusa Penida!

The driver Arya is very thoughtful. He took us to scenic spots as we requested. The car is air‑conditioned, and he also helped us take photos. Big thumbs‑up for Arya! Look for him when you travel to Nusa Penida！

I traveled using the Gili ferry, and it was much more comfortable and enjoyable than I expected. Being able to relax and take in the ocean views really allowed me to get into the travel spirit. The staff members were also friendly, and overall, I was very satisfied with the experience.

I used this service for a transfer from a hotel in Ubud to a hotel in Nusa Dua. There was a mishap when we were getting picked up because the road to the hotel was closed, but the hotel staff and the driver discussed a detour over WhatsApp, and we arrived safely, which was such a relief 😊 The driver was always smiling, very pleasant, and drove carefully to get us to our destination safely 🎵 I am also very grateful that they accommodated my requests ♥️ It was cheaper than taking Grab, so I definitely recommend using this service ✨✨
