Abba was such a wonderful driver and guide during our Bali trip. He is kind, patient, and genuinely cares about his guests. As an experienced local driver, he took us to authentic local restaurants and shops without any commission or tourist traps, which made our experience feel much more genuine. We booked the Arjuna Fast Cruise via Klook for our round-trip transfer from Sanur to Nusa Penida, and overall it was a smooth and convenient experience. The booking process was very easy, and redemption at the port was straightforward—just make sure to arrive early since you’ll still need to exchange your voucher for a physical ticket. Boarding was organized, and staff were helpful in guiding passengers and handling luggage.

It was a wonderful trip! Although we weren’t able to visit everything on our itinerary due to time constraints, our driver, Beno, made the experience even better. He was incredibly kind and arrived earlier than our scheduled pick-up time. He also recommended great alternative places to visit, which made the most of our limited time. More than just a driver, he was an excellent tour guide and even took amazing photos for us. Since it was our first time in Bali and we were celebrating our anniversary, we truly appreciated how he helped us explore some of the island’s beautiful attractions while making sure we went home with so many wonderful memories captured in photos and videos. Sanktur was very nice and he made sure that we are comfortable in the entire trip. Appreciated his gesture of offering to pass by a Batik shop along the way cause I told him that I was looking for a dress. I also admire his patience despite the traffic jam and he ensure that we arrive safe to the location.

Boat that we used was better than the one we rode going. It was extremely fast and we barely felt the rough waves so if you prefer a boat that won’t make you dizzy, this is a good choice.
