Our private car tour in Ubud was absolutely perfect, thanks to our driver, Suwantara! There was a small hiccup even before we started. While we were coordinating our meeting details via WhatsApp, the app suddenly crashed. I was so worried, pacing back and forth, thinking I wouldn't be able to meet our guide. But my worries were for nothing, as Suwantara was already waiting for me in the resort lobby, holding a sign with my name. He had even informed the resort in advance, so as soon as I checked out, I was immediately guided to the car, allowing for a smooth departure. I was truly touched right from the start! Child Safety First: Since I was traveling with my child, safety was my top priority, and he took meticulous care of us even while we were on the move. Especially at Monkey Forest, when a monkey suddenly acted out, he quickly intervened and blocked it, which made me feel incredibly secure and grateful! Very Smooth Korean Communication: He spoke Korean exceptionally well, so there were no communication barriers throughout the tour, making it feel even more friendly. We booked the Arjuna Fast Cruise via Klook for our round-trip transfer from Sanur to Nusa Penida, and overall it was a smooth and convenient experience. The booking process was very easy, and redemption at the port was straightforward—just make sure to arrive early since you’ll still need to exchange your voucher for a physical ticket. Boarding was organized, and staff were helpful in guiding passengers and handling luggage.

If you're worried about getting seasick on a small boat, I recommend this one because it's very large, has excellent air conditioning, and plenty of seating. You won't feel seasick at all.

all good, our driver is kind and always smiling and can communicate well in english and we had fun taking with him while travelling, we did not get bired because he was also entertaining, we also invited him for lunch and recommended a good place to try Babi Guling (lechon version of Indonesia)

My spouse and I signed up for this tour. Our driver, Norton, was incredibly kind and had a wonderful smile. We felt at ease because he contacted us the day before to confirm the pickup location, time, and itinerary. On the day of the tour, he was already waiting for us at the hotel ahead of schedule. While driving, he also told us about the surrounding area and the places we were visiting. Due to road conditions, I had initially hoped we could visit three locations, and maybe two more if time permitted. However, thanks to his efficiency, we were able to visit all five locations. Thank you for kindly accommodating our requests until the very end. Although we were very tired, it was a thoroughly satisfying day.

My time with Bagus was short, but it was a safe, enjoyable, and truly meaningful journey. Throughout the trip, he checked on how I was feeling and kindly offered me cold water and Coke Zero. When he found out I was Korean, he played K-pop for me, and whenever I was on the phone, he thoughtfully lowered the music volume. Although we only spent about an hour and a half together, it was a memorable experience that allowed me to feel the warmth and kindness of Indonesia. I wish Bagus smooth and safe roads wherever his journey takes him.
