- Arrive early — Please arrive at the designated ticket counter at least 1 hour before departure to redeem your voucher and collect your physical ticket.

- Each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces luggage carried free of charge, not exceeding a total weight of 30kg

If you're worried about getting seasick on a small boat, I recommend this one because it's very large, has excellent air conditioning, and plenty of seating. You won't feel seasick at all.

It was a comfortable trip to Gili Trawangan. The process of exchanging tickets and boarding after waiting was smooth. The cabin was cool and comfortable. However, the departure was delayed by over 10 minutes, and the arrival was also delayed by over 10 minutes, so the actual journey took about 3 hours and 30 minutes.
You need to pick up your tickets at the ticket counter one hour beforehand. You'll be given luggage tags and wristbands. Then, head to the port and pay 20,000 Indonesian Rupiah per person, and wait to board the boat.
There was limited seating on the boat, and it felt a bit cramped. Later, after we stopped at another island and some people disembarked, it became less crowded and much more comfortable.
The ship's steward was very humble and friendly, their explanations were easy to understand, and the ship itself wasn't aggressive.
quick responde for the staff when to report for the ID. inside the waiting room the ground staff also very helpful. the boat is okay.
Wijaya Boat, which many people ride, is professional and fast.
it was a good ferry the ac was workiing & very clean and smooth overall experience. must book this for a good experience
