I made a late reservation on the night of the 24th. I was worried because it was so late, but fortunately, the reservation went through, and I also confirmed the meeting details with the driver via WhatsApp. I received a confirmation message early in the morning, and even though our meeting was scheduled for 7:30 AM, he arrived early, around 7:00 AM. Ali, our Korean-speaking driver, was incredibly kind and smart. He provided excellent explanations about Bali's history and language, shared stories about his family and hometown, and gave us insights into various aspects of Indonesia. He apologized for his less-than-perfect Korean, showing consideration for us, and gave a very satisfying explanation about our destination, Ubud. His thoughtfulness and kindness towards guests were ingrained in him, making us feel very comfortable. We laughed and chatted together for the entire 10-hour trip, having a wonderful time. Upon reaching our destination, we expressed our gratitude to Ali, the Korean-speaking driver who, despite his small stature, made our whole day enjoyable, and we parted ways happily. There were no extra charges or unreasonable demands, and thanks to Ali, we were able to conclude our last day of travel today in a pleasant and comfortable way! The car was clean, and his driving was safe and comfortable, adhering to every single traffic signal. Korean-speaking driver Ali is truly wonderful! ^^ I'm so sad we didn't get a photo with Ali because we were laughing and chatting so much... T_T

The day before departure, Arthamas sent a WhatsApp message regarding the meeting time, location, and important notes, which was reassuring. The staff proactively helped with luggage on and off the boat.

If you're worried about getting seasick on a small boat, I recommend this one because it's very large, has excellent air conditioning, and plenty of seating. You won't feel seasick at all.

We booked the Arjuna Fast Cruise via Klook for our round-trip transfer from Sanur to Nusa Penida, and overall it was a smooth and convenient experience. The booking process was very easy, and redemption at the port was straightforward—just make sure to arrive early since you’ll still need to exchange your voucher for a physical ticket. Boarding was organized, and staff were helpful in guiding passengers and handling luggage.

Abba was such a wonderful driver and guide during our Bali trip. He is kind, patient, and genuinely cares about his guests. As an experienced local driver, he took us to authentic local restaurants and shops without any commission or tourist traps, which made our experience feel much more genuine. One thing we really appreciated was how thoughtful he was. He gave us useful tips on how to stay safe around the monkeys and shared a lot of local knowledge throughout the trip. He always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. More than just a driver, Abba felt like a caring uncle looking after us. Thank you for making our Bali experience so special. We highly recommend him to anyone visiting Bali!

We booked a 12-hour private tour through Klook, and our local operator was Bali Sun Tour. Our driver, Eka, took us from Ubud to Sanur and finally to Denpasar Airport. We didn't have a fixed itinerary and decided where to go along the way. Eka adjusted our schedule based on our ideas, available time, and traffic conditions. He calmly explained the places we visited and helped us avoid heavy traffic, making the trip smooth and relaxing. My daughter and I had a wonderful day together, and thanks to Eka, we arrived at the airport comfortably. Before the tour, I had a refund-related issue. Bali Sun Tour contacted me first, responded quickly, and provided clear guidance, allowing everything to be resolved smoothly. My time with Bagus was short, but it was a safe, enjoyable, and truly meaningful journey. Throughout the trip, he checked on how I was feeling and kindly offered me cold water and Coke Zero. When he found out I was Korean, he played K-pop for me, and whenever I was on the phone, he thoughtfully lowered the music volume. Although we only spent about an hour and a half together, it was a memorable experience that allowed me to feel the warmth and kindness of Indonesia. I wish Bagus smooth and safe roads wherever his journey takes him.
