Towels, foot covers, and shower facilities are provided. There's lemon water available in the waiting area. The girl at the service desk was very enthusiastic and friendly, always checking if we needed help. The package we purchased also included access to an exclusive club for burgers and pasta, which was an excellent value and a fantastic experience. If I could, I'd give it 100 stars! 😍 The kids said driving was fun and exciting, and they were very satisfied. Thank you, coach!

The puppies were very cute and the yoga instructor was very Zen and professional. We really enjoyed the session and also playing with the puppies after that.

We had such an unforgettable day filled with ATV, coffee & tea tasting, brunch, river rafting, lunch, and the jungle swing. The ATV route was so exciting, with muddy roads, waterfalls, and even a dark tunnel. The river rafting was definitely the highlight — around 2 hours surrounded by incredible scenery that made me feel like I was in Jurassic World!

And I especially want to say a huge thank you to our amazing driver, Kadek Antara. He was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. Our hotel was quite far from Ubud, so he spent so much extra time and effort driving us around, and throughout the entire day he was always so sweet and thoughtful. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better driver and companion for the day.

Aesthetic and scenic, with plenty of photo spots. I tried the coffee luwak, and the staff provided a great explanation of the process. It’s recommended to visit in the morning when it’s less crowded. Be mindful that there are many steps, and some areas can be quite steep.

It was perfect!
We left Ubud at 2:30 AM and arrived at Mount Batur around 3:30 AM. Our driver, Sudi, was very friendly.
Upon our arrival, Gede equipped us, and we set off for the ascent. He perfectly matched our pace, which made the climb very enjoyable.
Once at the summit, we had breakfast (hard-boiled egg, bread, banana, cereal bar, and coffee or tea). Afterward, Gede explained several things about the volcano, which was very interesting. He also took some great photos of us.
A big thank you to Gede for this experience. I highly recommend this activity!

In the morning we had Mr Made pick us up from Airbnb. He is super friendly and his English is good and understandable. The whole experience is good especially the ATV ride. The instructor Tokle was nice and he make sure we are safe. Would definitely recommend.

I was really hesitant to sign up because of the distance, but after applying and going, I felt like it was definitely worth coming. It was truly an amazing and wondrous experience. It rained in the middle, but it quickly stopped, and the scene that unfolded before my eyes was truly amazing. My children wanted to try it, so we also tried swimming with the dolphins. At first, I was really scared to jump into the ocean, but once I jumped in and grabbed the bar attached to the boat and swam, watching the dolphins pass by was truly amazing and fascinating. I highly recommend experiencing it if you have the time and opportunity! ^^

2 adults and 2 kids (10) did parasailing and added on sea walking. great communication before and during experience. got picked up 8.30am and was back by 12pm from Kuta.great to experience had by all. will definitely do it again.
