When you buy the ticket from Klook you just go through the gates and scan true QR code- no need to change it at counter for entry ticket. this makes it easier to skip the lines. It gets crowded quickly so this saves time! The monkey Forest has changed since I was last here and it looks like it’s getting more . The monkeys are cute and mischievous. Staff all around to help if you need a photo, hat retrieved or to shoo away the monkeys if they become troublesome! Loved my time here.
this is so fun! my partner enjoyed the selfie to the monkey. it cost IDR50000. monkey here is not aggressive. you can enjoy walking around the forest. a must try!
Great place to see the Balinese monkeys up close. Booking thru Klook made entry so convenient.
To be fair I always visit the monkey forest when I visit Ubud as I love the jungle and it's right in the middle of town. With the current AUD/IDR exchange rate it's cheaper to buy via Klook. You don't need to exchange electronic voucher for a physical ticket just head straight to the entrance gate and scan the QR code in the app. Just a warning that the paths can be a little slippery
I wish we had spent more time here; it was really fun. Seriously, do not look the monkeys in the eyes, or they will come for you. They stole a water bottle as well. So, make sure you put things in lockers. It is really fun, and they are super cute and very entertaining. There are hundreds of monkeys to see.
Ease of booking on Klook: Booking on Klook was smooth and straightforward. Packages were clearly detailed and confirmation was immediate. Service: Our driver/guide Gede was punctual and friendly. He readily accommodated our group's suggestions and changes for our tour, making our trip more enjoyable. Experience: The Sacred Monkey Forest was one of the highlights of our trip. The sanctuary is well-maintained and the monkeys appear to be in good health and good-natured.
nice place to visit in ubud bali monkeys are everywhere😁 ease of booking on Klook: no hassle price: affordable experience: amazing
So many monkeys! You can observe them up close, and they are well-behaved, much more绅士 than the monkeys in domestic parks. As long as you don't provoke them or take food, there are basically no problems. There are also many ancient buildings and super large banyan trees, even more spectacular than those in the rainforest.
do not look the monkeys in the eye! super fun, but if you are afraid of monkeys being near you & possibly jumping on you, I’d skip it. if not- then you will have a blast! I’d recommend going early in the day to beat the crowds
Klook Booking & Entry Buying the entry ticket on Klook is a huge time-saver. You can skip the long ticket lines entirely. Just walk directly to the entrace scanner, scan your QR code, and you're in. It was incredibly easy and efficient. The experience The forest is beautiful and very lush. It's well-maintained and orderly, with a nice balance of shaded, cool areas and bright, sunny paths. Even with many visitors, it didn't feel too overwhelming. The Monkeys: We chose to be respectful and simply observe the monkeys without feeding them or doing the "Monkey Selfie." Because we let them be, we felt very safe. None of themonkeys tried to grab our belongings or bother us. Facilities: I was pleasantly surprised that the comfort room were clean and nice. Pro-Tips of Travelers: Footwear: Definitely wear comfortable walking shoes; there is a fair amount of walking involved. Conduct: My best advise is to just let the monkeys be. If you don't bother them, they won't bother you.
