Thank you for upgrading to deluxe pool view. Many facilities in this hotel, including water slides, kids club, beach club, activities, gym, etc. But, the slide was closed when there were activities in the main pool.

service: we had a good experience,from the room attendant ,restaurant personnel until the last day on our check out from the reception ,one of the front desk personnel doesn’t know how to smile ,she didn’t ask us if we need help lucky the other lady accomodate us .I thought it’s just her personality however there’s a couple who approach her about to check in and she gave her friendly smile(we feel a bit off thinking she has selective friendly service ) I don’t remember her name but anyway we check out at 9am past on the 26th of Dec. breakfast: was good experience we love it .Selection of food ,good service hotel location:perfect as most key city places were just few minutes walk (restaurants,shopping centre)but a few hiurs away from those instagramable location cleanliness:very clean and well maintained .Just be more cautious on your bedsheets stains,as that doesn’t look hygienic and comfortable even though it’s clean.

Easy to booked through klook. Cheaper than other booking platform. Resort was very convenient to nearby mall, beach and eateries. Staffs service was excellent, friendly and polite. A very nice place to stay with families wth children.

Hotel experience was amazing! Spacious Room with pool view, tried Asian and western breakfast with variety of dishes, access to beach was one of the highlights . Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, our stay was great and kids really enjoyed!
