It was definitely worth your money. Just had some problems with cleanliness when we arrive as some of the furnitures were covered with dusts maybe due to reasons that Bedroom Villas are not frequently booked and might be few days from the last time it was used before we arrive. Nonetheless, I raised it to the staff and they were eager to address our issue immediately. We went out for a bit and that was also the time they used to re-clean our room and everything were already in order when we went back. Overall, I was satisfied with our stay here.

The resort itself is good, it's quiet and peaceful. The room and bathroom is so spacious. The reception is very helpful, there's no elevator, so if your room is at the top floor, then, you can ask help them to carry your luggage. If you have early morning tour the next day, they provide packed breakfast for you to bring on your day tour.

Our stay at Bakung Resort and Villa Ubud was truly wonderful. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect escape from the busy city. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere made us feel relaxed and at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and every corner of the resort had a charming Balinese touch. Waking up to the serene views and spending time in such a tranquil environment was one of the highlights of our trip. The only thing we regret is not staying longer! We absolutely fell in love with this place and wish we had booked a few more nights. We would definitely love to come back and stay here again on our next visit to Ubud. Highly recommended!

Overall, we had a great experience with this tour and would highly recommend it. A special thanks to our tour guide, Agus, for making the trip both entertaining and adventurous from start to finish. He was very flexible and even suggested alternative attractions that we could visit instead of some of the scheduled stops, which helped us make the most of our time. His communication was excellent throughout the tour, and he was very proactive in assisting us, including handling queues and coordinating logistics smoothly. One of the highlights was his photography skills鈥攈e took amazing photos and videos for us, helping us capture memorable moments from the trip.
