Transport in Bali

We arrived early and was moved to an early sched. Staffs are nice and there is a waiting area at Arjuna. You can also wait at the Harbour. just keep in mind that you should pick up the ticket 90mins to 60mins before your ferry trip to ensure ticket. They also have Luggage storage. If travelling from Sanur, it is best to just bring essentials during the Nusa Penida trip and leave heavy luggage at their facility (15k - 35k IDR depending on size). Travel time is 45-60mins. Speed boat is fast and waves are normal to sometimes hard. Experience is good with Arjuna. Thank you Arjuna Fast boat.

The day before departure, Arthamas sent a WhatsApp message regarding the meeting time, location, and important notes, which was reassuring. The staff proactively helped with luggage on and off the boat.

We booked the Arjuna Fast Cruise via Klook for our round-trip transfer from Sanur to Nusa Penida, and overall it was a smooth and convenient experience. The booking process was very easy, and redemption at the port was straightforward—just make sure to arrive early since you’ll still need to exchange your voucher for a physical ticket. Boarding was organized, and staff were helpful in guiding passengers and handling luggage.

The location was very easy to find, right in front of the airport departure hall. We had a comfortable and safe ride without any delay. The driver was also very kind. It was a wonderful trip! Although we weren’t able to visit everything on our itinerary due to time constraints, our driver, Beno, made the experience even better. He was incredibly kind and arrived earlier than our scheduled pick-up time. He also recommended great alternative places to visit, which made the most of our limited time. More than just a driver, he was an excellent tour guide and even took amazing photos for us. Since it was our first time in Bali and we were celebrating our anniversary, we truly appreciated how he helped us explore some of the island’s beautiful attractions while making sure we went home with so many wonderful memories captured in photos and videos. This was our first time in Bali, and we chose to hire a private car to explore Nusa Penida. Our guide was fantastic! He drove safely and was very entertaining. Knowing we were Chinese, he even played Mandarin songs in the car, and he sang them beautifully! We opted for the West route, and he also took us to some less-known spots like Kelingking Beach, Angel's Billabong, and Broken Beach. He helped us find the best photo opportunities at each location and even took videos that were perfect for social media. The trip was wonderful and very relaxing. The lunch spot he arranged was delicious, even for our Chinese palates. A big thank you again to my guide and driver, AgusNPA. We'll definitely look for him again on our next visit!
