Transport in Bali

The captain is well experienced and intelligent. Masterclass in seamanship and wildlife tracking! Captain turned what could have been a standard tour into an extraordinary adventure. Their deep understanding of dolphin behavior, effortless navigation, and sharp eye meant we were surrounded by pods in no time—all while keeping the experience respectful to the marine life. Highly recommended!"

The day before departure, Arthamas sent a WhatsApp message regarding the meeting time, location, and important notes, which was reassuring. The staff proactively helped with luggage on and off the boat.

Driver JAYA is the absolute best! ᦂ I'd love to give him 100 stars. He arrived 30 minutes before our departure time and waited for us, and we were so grateful that he gave us great recommendations since we weren't sure where to go. Truly, every single place he recommended was amazing. He was the one who suggested the Bali Swing, which I really wanted to try in Bali, so thanks to this unexpected opportunity, I'm so happy we got to take such pretty photos. We wanted to visit a place called Tис Cafe, but the wait was too long, so the driver recommended another cafe instead—and it had fewer people and a totally perfect view! To take the pressure off us, he thoughtfully told us to relax and enjoy ourselves to the fullest and just come out whenever we were ready. He constantly checked in on us inside the car to make sure we weren't uncomfortable, and he acted just like a guide, explaining things at every stop we made. I still vividly remember how he worried about us when it got really dark late in the evening. We were so incredibly satisfied that we're leaving this review the moment we stepped out of the car! If everyone comes to Bali for a trip, I truly hope you use a private car and get to meet driver JAYA! 🩷✨ Thank you for giving us such unforgettable, precious memories :-)

The driver Arya is very thoughtful. He took us to scenic spots as we requested. The car is air‑conditioned, and he also helped us take photos. Big thumbs‑up for Arya! Look for him when you travel to Nusa Penida！

We booked the Arjuna Fast Cruise via Klook for our round-trip transfer from Sanur to Nusa Penida, and overall it was a smooth and convenient experience. The booking process was very easy, and redemption at the port was straightforward—just make sure to arrive early since you’ll still need to exchange your voucher for a physical ticket. Boarding was organized, and staff were helpful in guiding passengers and handling luggage.

I traveled using the Gili ferry, and it was much more comfortable and enjoyable than I expected. Being able to relax and take in the ocean views really allowed me to get into the travel spirit. The staff members were also friendly, and overall, I was very satisfied with the experience.

Had a smooth tour with Juli. Such a kind guy! He always checks on me, and make sure everything is fine. I hope to meet him again, and be my driver again the my future Bali trip! Thank you for making my short trip to Bali memorable!

all good, our driver is kind and always smiling and can communicate well in english and we had fun taking with him while travelling, we did not get bired because he was also entertaining, we also invited him for lunch and recommended a good place to try Babi Guling (lechon version of Indonesia)

I used this service for a transfer from a hotel in Ubud to a hotel in Nusa Dua. There was a mishap when we were getting picked up because the road to the hotel was closed, but the hotel staff and the driver discussed a detour over WhatsApp, and we arrived safely, which was such a relief 😊 The driver was always smiling, very pleasant, and drove carefully to get us to our destination safely 🎵 I am also very grateful that they accommodated my requests ♥️ It was cheaper than taking Grab, so I definitely recommend using this service ✨✨
