Fast Boat Ticket Between Bali and Gili by Blue Water Express

The ferry I took from Bali to Gili Trawangan. There are two ports on Bali Island where you can catch the ferry: Serangan and Padang Bai. If you want to minimize travel time, I recommend Padang Bai. It takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes from Serangan to Gili Trawangan via Padang Bai, and 1 hour and 30 minutes from Padang Bai. However, if you want to sit comfortably with your group from the beginning, I recommend Serangan since it's the departure point. Because many people board at Serangan, you may end up squeezing into the remaining seats at Padang Bai. Even on a clear day, the waves were quite strong near Gili, so if you are prone to seasickness, I recommend taking seasickness medication 30 minutes before boarding. (They also distribute seasickness medicine on the boat, and it's quite effective.) Overall, I was satisfied with the ride. If you go to Gili Island, I recommend BlueWater Express.

Even though it was a little more expensive than other companies, I did a really good job with Blue Water. Both of them left a little earlier than scheduled and arrived earlier than scheduled. Even returning to Bali from Gili arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. The staff was organized and explained well, and the boat was tidy. Booking through Klook was cheaper than through the official website. The hotel pick-up and drop service was also neat without any problems.

would suggest taken their anti nausea tablets. if the water is choppy it will make you sick. otherwise it’s great fun.

we went Gili Trawangan with my family. we had good time in Gili. Blue water express was reallt comfortable and kind.

Very good services. Fastest boats. Roof deck may have a shed. Only problem is No Flexible time options.. Only twice a day.

When returning from Gili, I made a reservation and departed for Serangwan, but since I came via a neighboring island instead of directly, I had to take into account that the fare was the same as the return trip, but it would take more time. On the way to Lombok Pier and back, the waves were so strong that I was anxious. In the end, I couldn't make it to Serangan, so I went to Padangbai, got off the ship, and safely arrived at my destination, Sanur, with other passengers in a vehicle prepared in advance. It took an hour longer than expected, but we were able to avoid the waves and return safely.

Comfortable seats , Neat and Clean Washrooms...One of the best ferry between Bali and Gili Tranwangan, they take care of your luggage very well. Price is bit higher than other ferries but services are also better than other ferries

The best way to reach Gili islands between bali and Gilis. the boat was really clean and comformatable. The office in Gili Air provide water dispenser and seasickness medicine with air condition. When we arrival serangan they also take care our luggage. we just need wait at office for luggage. The only regret thing was I forgot to book my transfortaion from Serangan to hotl. The price was really terribale expensive to call a car there....
