They told us to wait, but didn't inform us about the one-hour delay. The boat is comfortable, though.

They just keep us waiting without saying when we'll depart or why there's a delay. We've already been waiting over an hour past the scheduled departure time. The boat is docked in the harbor, but we're just waiting. Is the boat broken? If you enjoy cigarette smoke and crying babies, you might as well arrive on time. It's a shame I can't give less than one star. When I try to ask, the line at the counter for complaints just gets longer. You guys are the best.
