we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and i would highly recommend it! breakfast: always fresh, absolutely delicious, and beautifully presented. hotel location: close to cafes, restaurants, and attractions. cleanliness: rooms are clean, spacious, and well-kept. service: staff were hospitable and respectful. always serving with a smile. special thanks to ms kate for her excellent service — prompt response to queries, catering our requests and offering services for our comfort. all this for a very affordable price, id definitely come back and stay here for our next visit!

The location is really convenient and near a lot of tourist spots. There’s a lot of good restaurant and very affordable.

Very good hotel when your at hanoi. all attraction is walking distance and with free breakfast with differnet viands everyday.

Spacious room and clean. transport access: accessible to buses and car hotel location: near restaurants, coffee places and convenience store

the place is near the old quarter walking distance only to some places, the staff is friendly and accomodating
