If you're like me and haven't been here before, a complete introduction would be very reassuring. So, I'll share my experience: when entering the pier, first show your voucher at the counter outside the entrance and pay for your pier entry ticket. It's 30 pesos per person. After entering, go to the right (Image 1) to check in, then move to the left to clear customs. All luggage and personal belongings must be placed on the X-ray scanner. Then, proceed forward to the left (Image 3) to check your bags, which costs 200 pesos (this price is double what it is for Bohol). From there, you can enter the waiting area on the right (Image 4). On the left side of the waiting area is the retail section (Image 5), and on the right is the blind massage area (Image 6). The entire waiting area is not very large but is air-conditioned.

Great experience overall! The booking and redemption process was smooth and easy to follow. Boarding was well organized, the ferry departed on time, and the seats were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the trip, making the journey enjoyable and hassle-free. Everything went well, and I would definitely book with OceanJet again for future trips.

They communicated with us constantly to arrange the transfer. We arrived an hour early at Panglao Bohol airport, I sent them a WhatsApp message, and they immediately responded and came earlier to meet us with a sign. There were only two of us in the vehicle! It was comfortable, air-conditioned, and spacious. Super professional and friendly! I highly recommend them.

Our driver is very helpful and we enjoyed his company. He brought us to the places I picked based on the itinerary. Instead of a sedan, we had a van all for ourselves.

Thank you to our driver who was very accommodating even when we had to make stops to fix / rebook our Oceanjet tickets to and from. He waited for us and was very helpful. The vehicle was big and clean, he was SUPER helpful with loading and unloading our luggages. Thanks Kuya, we gave him nice tips afterwards as it's well deserved. We loved how timely he was as well.

We used Southwest tours as transport to and rom the Tagbilaran Sea Ferry port. It was so nice to have a private car that turned up on time and take care of us and our suitcases . The cars were celan , neat and tidy. The divers were safe and careful. They spoke perfect english and knew exactly were to take us . Would recommend them every time

This package included lunch, and breakfast was a simple bread and Sprite. I especially loved the barbecue on the boat. I booked this boat specifically after seeing a blogger's barbecue, which saved me the trouble of asking around once I got there. The communication before departure was very smooth, and our guide on the day was excellent. They started grilling the barbecue on the way to Balicasag Island, haha, it smelled so good! My boyfriend and I both love Filipino grilled pork and chicken. There weren't many people on our boat that day, just six of us, so the experience was great. However, sometimes there might be more people, as I've seen larger boats too. We didn't rent a GoPro, but the guide recorded videos and took photos for us for free. These were taken when we went diving again after returning from Balicasag. I can't swim, but I fell in love with snorkeling and even fed the fish. Oh, and we saw many dolphins and lots of sea turtles, as well as sea snakes. The experience was fantastic! Since I love barbecue so much, I spontaneously decided to write a good review. It seems many local tours don't include lunch, so it's a good idea to confirm that in advance. This is for everyone's reference.

it was a great experience for us. have seen the Dolphins and the best was snorkeling: have seen variety of fish and the only turtle we saw. We have a very good guide while under water taking the go pro photos. Virgin island not impressive coz there is private property which does not allow anyone to go walking in the beach front. The overall experience is best and we enjoyed the tour.
