We arrived at 6:00 AM, and they kindly allowed us to use our complimentary breakfast since we wouldn’t be able to enjoy it on our last day because of our early morning flight. What I loved most about this hotel was how beautiful it is and how incredibly friendly the staff are. Everywhere you go, they greet you with a smile and such positive energy. Their warm hospitality really made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is stunning, with several swimming pools to choose from. Another big plus was the unlimited bottled water, which was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Henann Resort Alona Beach offers a great balance of comfort, and luxury. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this resort may not be the best choice because it can get quite crowded. The building layout is also a bit confusing, so it’s easy for guests to get lost. Hopefully, the management can improve the signage and directions around the resort.
