Bohol

We had an amazing countryside tour in Bohol with our driver, Manuel, and I highly recommend him! Manuel was incredibly informative, patient, & attentive throughout the trip. He shared interesting facts about each destination. Our adventure started at the breathtaking Chocolate Hills, where the kids had an absolute blast riding the ATVs—it was definitely one of the highlights of the day! We then visited the Tarsier Sanctuary, which is a must-see when in Bohol. We made a quick stop at the beautiful Man-Made Forest for photos before heading to the Loboc River Cruise. Lunch on the Loboc River Cruise was fantastic. The food was delicious, the riverside scenery was stunning, and the live entertainment from the singers and dancers made the experience even more memorable. We ended the tour with visits to the historic Blood Compact Shrine and the beautiful Baclayon Church, the oldest church in Bohol. Thank you, Manuel, for making our trip so enjoyable and stress-free. what an awesome day! Tyron was a great guide! We decided to do the 4 x 4 ride at chocolate Hills. If that’s your thing you have to do this. It started pouring rain, which made it so much more fun and cooler in the hot weather. Being extra clothes or you can purchase at gift shop as we did. The Loboc lunch cruise was Amazing too ! tarsier viewing was incredible to see thes little amazing primates in the jungle. Great excursion👍

This was a fun tour. We had two different drivers—Sir Alvin in Cebu & Sir PJ in Bohol— both were excellent & very accommodating to our requests. Sir Alvin was friendly and very thoughtful—he even checked in on us after the tour to ask how our day went, which we really appreciated. Sir PJ, our driver in Bohol, was also very engaging. He didn’t just drive us around—he shared interesting historical insights about the places we visited, which made the experience more meaningful. He’s also great at taking tourist photos, which was a nice bonus! PROS: Seamless transfers from our Cebu hotel to the port, then to Bohol, and back. The travel agency was easy to communicate with and provided all driver deets a day before the trip. We got tourist seats. CONS: The ferry travel takes about 2 hours each way (around 4 hours total), which can eat into your tour time. If there are ferry delays—as we experienced—the itinerary may feel a bit rushed.

Our trip was worth every penny. We had the absolute best time. Our driver, Tyron was also absolutely wonderful. Very accommodating. Talked when spoke to. Quiet when not. Answered all our questions. Assisted us with our first go at Balut. Drove us safely. Took our photos. Held my umbrella when I needed him to. Literally, he hit all the marks. Couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend our 19th wedding anniversary! This trip is highly recommended by us! Request Tyron, and I encourage you to tip him, and all other staff that assist in your day, well! They earn every penny of it making your trip memorable and never ask for a dime. Leave this countryside better than where you found it in the only way tourists can (financially). We love the Philippines 🇵🇭

it was a good and learning experience, the tour coordinator (Carl) was very courteous, attentive and knowledgeable and his historical background of each tour spot is very informative! Oscar, the driver, drives safely and ensures we arrive to our every destination in a timely manner. Needless to say, customers satisfaction to the max. thank you Klook, and Southwest.

Tourist guide and driver is an awesome companion, he is very knowledgeable about the province of Bohol. He gives information very clearly and in details. Learned so much from him regarding the place, the culture, the people, the traditions and the food. So friendly and helpful. The tour package is excellent. Though the rides are long going to the destinations we did not get bored because the guide is an excellent story teller with his tales of Bohol and its people and beautiful places.

We had the greatest time! The tourist spots we visited, such as the Chocolate Hills and Bohol Tarsier Conservation Area, exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide was not only polite but also very knowledgeable, offering helpful suggestions to enhance our itinerary. While some of the activities involved additional costs, they added so much value and made our Bohol Countryside Tour with Mirrors of the World truly memorable.

This was an utterly brilliant day trip. Harvey, our tour guide, was fantastic. The itinerary was flexible, allowing us to visit the Chocolate Hills, enjoy a Loboc River cruise, and explore the Tarsier Sanctuary. We also had the opportunity to go to a monkey sanctuary where we fed the monkeys and saw some rice fields. Harvey provided us with lots of extra information along the way, which helped us learn about the area. We all loved the day and would highly recommend it.

This is a fab trip to go on if you’re visiting Bohol and have several hours. Our guide & driver Harvey was on time, his van was immaculate and his commentary about the local life and places we visited was interesting and relevant. He’s attentive & caring. We enjoyed the experience in the cave, the watchtower, the farm, the Dauis church, the National Museum (free entry) and most of all the chocolate store, surprisingly!We learnt first hand from the owner’s daughter the difference between Cocoa vs Cacao. Nice tastings and you will be enlightened to learn about chocolate and the cacao plant. You’ll enjoy this trip for sure!
