first time skiing ever, the instructors are really very professional and attentive. our main instructor,FG, was friendly and taught us really well. the initial practice area was slightly challenging but FG still made sure to leave no one out, for everyone to learn the basics. after around 2.5h practice session, we were led to the main ski course. it was challenging but insanely fun. the instructors are checking on the whole team, making sure that we are safe and helping us whenever needed. other than FG, Jason also helped along the way making sure that I got past the challenging areas. really interesting experience for a beginner like me. definitely recommend!

Perfect experience!! We met Kai, a caring instructor full of enthusiasm. Although I had played a few times at an indoor ski resort before, I hadn't mastered it very well. For my first time skiing outdoors, I decided to hire an instructor. Kai taught me carefully and clearly. He knew we were old bones with injuries, so he took special care of us. After two days of training, under Kai's guidance, we took the first cable car ride and he explained the route down very clearly. Overall, this experience was super great. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will definitely find an instructor to strengthen my skills. Thank you, instructor Kai.

fun experience in the Sapporo winter. Convenient with the pick up and drop off and the staff was very attentive and thorough. We had Naoiki-san guided us. the team speaks simple English but they are clear with their explanations so there isn’t any confusion. Hihglt recommend if you’re looking for a snow activity that’s easier than skiing. beautiful scenery to look at as well

First time skiing and you can already take the gondola up the mountain?
After meeting us, Coaches Krystal and Fred immediately taught us the basic knowledge and skills of skiing. Their explanations were on point and inspired our skiing cells 🤣. Under the coaches' assessment, we were approved to purchase gondola 🚡 tickets to go up the mountain for an experience. The two of them accompanied us throughout the whole process to share more practical experience. In the last practice session, we were even successful in turning all the way down the mountain!
I spent a very pleasant morning with Krystal and Fred. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo 📸 with them as a souvenir. I hope to have the opportunity to learn more advanced skiing techniques from them again 😄.
The only shortcoming was that I only received a notice from the school the day before that the planned beginner slope at the Hirafu ski resort was not open and that we would be changed to the Annupuri ski resort for the class. However, because the ski equipment had already been rented from a store next to the original ski resort, we had to wake up early to go and get the equipment, which was a bit frustrating 😮💨.

The ski equipments are of high quality, in excellent condition and the ski boots are comfortable and easy to put on. Good communication. Highly recommended.

We had a good experience taking this tour. There was a slight confusion at the meeting point on whats included and whats not (gloves, helmet, the likes) but was quickly sorted out. Transfer to and from Ski center was smooth. Also a slight chaos at the equipment rental place as it was very self service but ask any of the staff around and we were guided accordingly. Our ski instructor Mior was fantastic and so helpful with any issues or questions we had. My shoes were too tight and i asked for a size up and it was so much better after that. Tiring but wonderful first skiing exp

My pick up time supposed to be 7.55am but the bus was late maybe due to traffic condition. There were other group tours at the pick up point so, you need to approach them one by one and show them your mobile voucher incase its your tour. The tour guide didn't show us where to get the lift pass, and we need to figure it out ourself once we reached at Grand Hirafu. Don't worry the staffs at the resort will guide you. Bare in mind the bus to return to Sapporo is not the same bus that pick you up during departure. You need to check at the 'Welcome Centre' to know the bus returning time back to Sapporo and also show them your mobile voucher again. If you want to rent ski/snowboard or get smtg to eat, bring extra money with you. The bus also will stop by for "toilet rest" during the trip. Overall the trip was all good and i was having fun.

the best experience 👌❄️traveling going to resort you must take a taxi since bus is not included in the package. since it was a holiday when we arrive there were lots of people. but you can immediately go directly to the cashier since this is already paid. for first time skier its kinda hard but the experience is what you are there for
