The food and the service was excellent. We will definitely come back and bring all of our friends

I arrived on weekday and saw the menu was lacking of some dishes, I asked and they said there was a note that the dishes I asked only available on Sat & Sun. I looked at the menu again and really saw the note but it was too tiny vs other pictures and words. Apart from that, servicing was so slow, not so sure if it’s because of using vouchers or not. Overall, it was more expensive but not as good as the other buffet options at 5 star hotel that we used before (We went to La Vela & Equatorial aslo as my husband is a fan of Dimsum)

The service is okay, some dishes are normal and not very special

Very disappointed with the InterContinental hotel Saigon Chinese cuisine quality. It really lacked the taste and flavour of Cantonese cuisine, Moreover the freshness of Dim Sum and presentation also not up to standard. The only merit point is good dining service. Don't waste your money dining there.
