Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) Fast Track Service in Ho Chi Minh city

As I was traveling alone, I had some concerns, but this service made me feel very secure. Upon arrival, a Klook staff member was immediately waiting with a sign, and we met up smoothly. I had also received the contact person's information and contact details in advance, which made me feel confident on the day of travel. I was guided to a dedicated lane at immigration and completed the process in about 10-15 minutes. I was a little worried about the baggage support afterward, but I was guided all the way to the baggage claim area. I had a connecting flight to Terminal 3 in Ho Chi Minh City, and I was a bit confused because the actual flow was different from the information I had researched on YouTube. When I told the staff member I was going to Terminal 3, they said, "No problem, this way," and helped me get through security smoothly. I believe the service was supposed to end there, but perhaps because I looked anxious, the staff member spoke to a Japanese person nearby and asked them, "This person is worried, so please go with them to Terminal 3." That left a strong impression on me. I think this is a very kind and warm service that genuinely cares about its users until the very end. I especially recommend it to solo travelers or anyone who is anxious about connecting flights. Thank you very much.

The day before, I was contacted on WhatsApp by their staff. First, we finished checking in, then the staff picked us up at the door near immigration. Then they opened directly to the queue line which was small, about 10 people, and waited maybe 10 minutes. Then after completing immigration, heading to security, we also went straight in without queuing, maybe 5 people. Then went straight in. It took about 15 minutes. Worth it, but the price is quite something. Hahaa...

this is a must when arriving in the airport. as the lines are really long. the fast track just takes 10-15 minutes wait. this is really good when you are in a hurry as well. you’ll receive a message on where to find them and you’ll find your name when you arrive at the airport and they will guide you where to go by then.

A family of two toddlers and a baby here! and this is a NO BRAINER booking. TSN Airport doesn't have a priority line, so this was very much needed, especially for those catching another flight, like us. Worth it.

Totally recommend this for everyone! I had a 3-hour layover in Ho Chi Minh before heading to Da Nang on a domestic flight. When I got to immigration, someone was waiting with my name and took me to a VIP lane. There were maybe 5–6 people ahead of me, but it was still way quicker than the regular line, which looked like it would take forever. No one helped with my bag, but that wasn’t a big deal. I just dropped it off at the Vietnam Airlines Domestic Transfer counter and headed straight to the Domestic D2 entrance. Overall, this really saved me a lot of time!

This is such a big help to prevent the never ending lines. The immigration line in the airport was the longest line we've ever encountered. This is a big help because we're out of the airport in less than 30mins!

This is the only way to skip the long waiting line at immigration. Kkday misses the reservation even if you book 2-3 days in advance, but Klook met me on time even though I booked 2 months in advance. I skipped the security line after immigration. It's the best! It's worth the money!
