Highly recommend this activity if you want an informative yet unique experience on coffee, which Vietnam is famous for. Our instructor, Sara, was very knowledgeable on coffee and was very helpful in teaching us on how to make 4 kinds of coffee: Egg coffee, Coconut coffee, Salt Coffee, and Brown coffee. After the class, you also get a coffee recipe book and a certificate of completion to wrap up the experience. They also have some souvenirs to buy doenstairs if you're a coffee lover.

Every dish was sooo delicious, and the host prepared everything for us, including cleaning up and preparing the ingredients. Overall, I had a great time and will come back soon haha.

It was a very good experience. The instructor was excellent at explaining the different dishes and how to cook them. I especially enjoyed the shaking beef; it was truly amazing. The menu was slightly different from the one posted online, so I assume the dessert changed. Everything else was the same. We cooked the pho, the shaking beef, and the spring rolls.

I've lived in Vietnam before, and after taking this lesson, I finally understood why Vietnamese food is so delicious! I was fascinated by dishes made with fresh lemongrass and other ingredients. The lesson studio is very clean and lovely. It's also conveniently located next to the Park Hyatt hotel. I went to the market with the instructor and bought rice flour. I was surprised to learn that the flour blend varies depending on the dish. We went to the market around 8 AM, but it gets hot, so if you're not confident about the heat, it might be better to just join the lesson directly. The lesson is taught in English. I gave it 4 stars for cost-effectiveness because I felt it was a bit pricey compared to the average cost of Vietnamese food. However, considering I had the instructor for over three hours, went to the market, and got to cook and eat three different dishes plus a dessert, I believe it was an invaluable experience. I highly recommend it, especially to people from Japan!

We had a fantastic morning at Saigon Cooking School and thoroughly enjoyed the Saturday cooking class. We learned how to make fresh spring rolls, chicken and green mango salad, and traditional Vietnamese pancakes, with plenty of hands-on experience throughout. Chef Oanh and her assistant, Hồng, were knowledgeable, patient, and engaging, sharing helpful cooking tips and insights into Vietnamese cuisine. The kitchen was spacious, spotless, and very well equipped, creating a relaxed and enjoyable learning environment. Best of all, we got to enjoy the delicious dishes we had prepared ourselves, followed by a bonus serving of homemade banana ice cream, which was absolutely delicious. Thank you, Oanh and Hồng, for a wonderful experience, a fun morning, and some truly memorable food. We highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

My girlfriend and I love the perfume-making class. I was hesitant at first but during the class, our teacher Min was very articulate in teaching us about different scents. We also love the perfume we've created. What a great experience

Wearing the traditional clothes of Vietnamese Ao Dai is a great experience. The lady who assists us is very kind and helped us choose the right size.
