Cu Chi Tunnels & Mekong Delta Tour with Luxury Limousine Options

This was an incredibly enriching and fascinating trip in Ho Chi Minh City! My son, who is very interested in Vietnamese history and war history, wanted to see the Cu Chi Tunnels, and I think we made an excellent choice. We crawled through the tunnels, experienced the food soldiers ate back then, and saw various booby traps. It's even more vivid if you rewatch the movie 'Platoon' beforehand. The two-hour journey to the Mekong Delta tour was a bit long, but once we arrived, we took a boat to an island where we visited a candy factory, a bee farm, and enjoyed refreshments while listening to music. We traveled around the island by golf cart or tuk-tuk. It was great that there was no pressure to buy anything or feel obligated during the experiences. The final highlight was the experience of crossing a 2km narrow waterway on the island in a small boat. It's a good idea to give a small tip to the person rowing the boat from the front. Our guide, Milo, was friendly, spoke excellent English, and explained Vietnamese history and culture very well throughout the tour. He was also thoughtful in assigning members to our group for the experiences. Everything was handled very smoothly and professionally. The vehicle was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the driver (Mr. Lam) was an excellent driver. I registered for WhatsApp from Korea, and Elbieee contacted me the day before the tour to reconfirm the meeting time and pickup location. Overall, it was a very satisfying and highly recommended trip. Thank you all!

The weather was great, and it was a very fulfilling day tour! Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly, which helped deepen my understanding, and I was very grateful for that. I truly enjoyed the best parts of the tour. All the lunch dishes were delicious (the flavors were exactly to my liking). The authentic crispy rice, in particular, was excellent. We also got to experience the bounty of the majestic Mekong River from the boat, and I thoroughly enjoyed the charm of the small sampan boat we rode at the end. Exploring the island in a cart-like vehicle was also fun, as it offered a glimpse into the daily lives of local families. And finally, I must say that our tour guide's kind words and attentiveness throughout the tour were a great help. I won't forget how patient they were with my limited English and their thoughtful consideration. I definitely want to come back to Ho Chi Minh City and take another tour with them! We received very friendly assistance and guidance from Rose at SST Travel agency, and a wonderful guide named Simon/Hung who told us more about the country's history and the war. It was very impressive to see and experience the Cu Chi tunnels. In the afternoon, we took a boat trip on the Mekong Delta River, visiting a few islands, which was a nice change of pace. This tour is definitely recommended and great for seeing all the highlights in one day.

The trip was extremely well organized by SST Travel. From the day of booking until the very end of the tour, Kaylee stayed in constant touch with us, ensuring everything went smoothly. Our guide, Theo, was equally fantastic. Both of them are not just excellent at what they do, but truly wonderful human beings. This was a full-day tour covering both Cu Chi Tunnels and the Mekong Delta, and honestly, we initially doubted whether it could be done properly in a single day. But we were pleasantly surprised. We spent around 2.5 hours exploring the Cu Chi Tunnels, which was detailed and immersive. At the Mekong Delta, the experience was even richer — including three boat rides, a peaceful sampan ride, traditional music, and visits to coconut workshops where we saw coconut candy making firsthand. Despite covering so much, the trip never felt rushed or overwhelming. Everything was well-paced and thoughtfully planned. Overall, I would rate this experience a solid 9.5 out of 10.

It was a very long day as expected, but everything went smoothly. Learned so much about Vietnam through this tour. We went to so many places in 12 hrs which includes not just the Cu Chi Tunnels and the Mekong Delta river, but also a cultural show in one of the islands + a golf cart ride in the island as well, a local resto that served us generously with local food, a local coconut candy factory (they let us taste a lot of different candy flavors). You get so much for the price you pay, I'll recommend this activity to people who are visiting Vietnam for the first time.

Had a really great experience on the Cu Chi Tunnel + Mekong Delta River tour. Everything was well organized and the bus was on time which made the trip very smooth and hassle-free. Our guide, Louis, was the best — very nice, attentive, and extremely informative throughout the whole tour. You can really tell he knows the history and the places very well, and he made the trip more enjoyable and interesting. I also loved that there were many side trips along the way, plus free tastings and coconut water which were nice extras. Overall, I really enjoyed the whole tour and would definitely recommend it!
