VIP Fast Track service for Immigration at Ho Chi Minh City - Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN)

This was worth it for my sister and I. The regular lines would have been very long. We still had to wait for a little while (I think the fast track line initially wasn't moving) but still pretty fast maybe 15-20 minutes overall. We got through immigration and beat our luggage so we spent ost of our time just waiting for the luggage to come through. Overall, if you arrive arriving at a busy time and dont mind spending a bit of money, I would highly recommend booking this to save yourself a couple of hours.

highly recommend purchasing this if you want to skip the long queues in and out of immigration. took about 25 mins to clear immigration into HCM and only 5 mins during departure. the normal queues were snaking long which looked like about 1-2 hours waiting time.

Just taking the immigration option is fine; if your trip is early in the morning, you might not need it. However, if your trip's departure or arrival is from midday onwards, it's highly recommended, especially if you're traveling with children or the elderly. The normal lane is extremely long, and standing for a long time is very tiring. My group finished in about 15 minutes, but I met other groups again after more than an hour.

The Priority Fast Track service on the return trip was much better compared to arrival. We cleared immigration in under 10 minutes, which was very smooth and efficient. There was minimal waiting and the process felt well-organised throughout. Staff were helpful and guided us clearly, making everything hassle-free. Definitely worth it when departing, especially if you want a quick and stress-free airport experience.

For a last minute service this was a huge time saver, we booked in the early morning day of and were able to make our flight with no issues what so ever. this service allowed us to get extra food prior to our long drive into deeper Vietnam!

The departure fast track service at Tan Son Nhat International Airport made our trip home from Vietnam much smoother. The service provider was easy to talk to and very helpful, and the security check and immigration process were completed much faster than the time we spent checking in with our airline. Because of this, we had extra time to relax, do some last-minute shopping, and enjoy some food at the airport while waiting for our flight back home.
