Reviews
Wow...... what an experience, love the selection of seafood they're offering, so much food. Fresh seafood, cooked seafood, salad bar, dessert bar. My daughter and I love and enjoy all of them. We're so full and struggling to walk 😀 The staff are very friendly, lovely and helpful. Highly recommend this place, good food and just a fraction of price compared to Australia.
Staff Friendliness: They are truly kind. Their friendliness is top-notch. Sushi: The rice is really poorly made. It seems they don't know how to prepare sushi rice. Food Saltiness: The food is generally salty. I understand that people in hot countries consume relatively more salt, but overall, it's very salty. Fruit Taste: Not good. The sweetness is low, and the watermelon, in particular, is overripe and tough. Grilled Fish: It looks good, but they grilled a fish that was too large, so the inside is dry and flaky. Shrimp: They were large and good. Overall, it seems more attention needs to be paid to the food. Especially the sushi and gimbap. If you want to get your money's worth, load up on the shrimp.
The food is very nice. The service is Wonderful. The staff there are very attentive. we will go back again.
Going through klook to search for what to do in Ho Chi Minh and came across the Seafood Buffet at Novotel Hotel. This was a perfect find. We had a 6pm reservation and was there as soon as the buffet opened and this place had A LOT to offer. From the appetizers to the main courses of crabs, lobsters, prawns, scallops, steaks, etc. The food was perfectly cooked and was so scrumptious. The only drawback is you eat too much since all the seafood offerings was so good. Highly recommend this place if you ever get to visit the city. An additional bonus is they have the friendliest staff. They are quick to anticipate the needs of the guests, always have beautiful smiles to share and are over all one of the best restaurant staff we've encountered. Can't rave enough about this place. If you love seafood this one is for you.
The food was amazing!! You definitely need to save room for the dessert section, it was my favorite part! Everything was incredibly fresh. I went during weekday lunch, and they had large tiger shrimp, oysters, clams, sashimi, and so much more. They even cook the seafood for you with different preparation options. The service was excellent as well!! Highly recommend!! Tip: Buy it through Klook you’ll save a lot :)
I'm not sure if it's because it was a weekday, but there were only a few people at the buffet, including myself. Perhaps others were ordering à la carte? It was a service that made me worry about the business's profitability.
Free flow lobsters cooked in 4 different varieties!
food was amazing, service by An great. recommend.
We had a delightful lunch buffet at Novatel Saigon. I highly recommend this place for a nice quiet brunch. Looking forward to what they offer for dinner.
Overall, it's very much in line with Vietnamese all-you-can-eat buffets, and unlike other hotel buffets, it has a distinct Vietnamese culinary style. The dining environment is clean, and the service staff are 100% excellent.
