- All trips end at 21:00, after 21:00, surcharge VND 50,000/hour.

All hotels that are not located in Da Nang City area are subjected to surcharge. All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver (The surcharge would not exceed 100,000/way or 200,000/ 2 ways). The private transfer to Ba Na Hills was good and the car was very clean. The driver initially went to the wrong hotel so arrived 15 minutes late. He didn't speak English and didn't use Google Translate, which made communicating the location a bit difficult, but we made it work. Overall, a smooth ride

We are very grateful that they allow us to change our pick up time around 30min and when we set 21:00 to go back to Da Nang, they are okay to pick us at 19:30 because we are done with our activities. Our driver, Long, arrived at our hotel 10 minutes before the agreed time. Although his English is limited, communication wasn’t an issue as he understands the basics well. We also paid a little extra for him to drive us around Hue, which made the trip much more convenient. After each stop, he would pick us up within five minutes and take us to the next location. The driver will provide their new license plate number and a photo of the car, as the vehicle may differ from the morning transfer. The entire transfer process is easy.

If you want to explore Hoi An without any rush, I highly recommend booking a car charter. Furthermore, the drivers we’re very considerate. Our trip was cancelled and moved to another day due to a storm in Danang. However, Mr. Binh, our driver, allowed us to rebook our tour the next following day.
