• Infants and toddlers aged 0-2 are not recommended to participate. If you wish to participate, please inform us by email in advance. If there is no prior notification and insufficient space, the driver has the right to refuse carriage. Infants and toddlers will be counted in the number of passengers and will be charged the same price as adults. Please make a note when placing your order. In addition, seniors aged 65 (inclusive) and above must ensure they are in good health suitable for travel and must be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 22 or above throughout the trip.
• This tour is a shared-car fixed route. Customers participating in this tour must adhere to the停留時間 (stay times) at each attraction and obey the arrangements of the driver-guide. If you do not arrive on time, there will be a maximum waiting period of 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, you will need to proceed to the next attraction on your own to meet the group.
• Moon Lantern Road tickets: 1,500 JPY per person for on-site tickets, 2,000 JPY for advance reservation tickets. Guests who purchase the package [excluding Moon Lantern tickets] must buy tickets on-site themselves. We cannot guarantee that there will be remaining tickets available on-site, and there is a risk of tickets selling out, leading to inability to enter. Please be aware of this.
• 【About Driver Information】The supplier will inform you of the meeting point, time, driver information, etc. for your itinerary via email before 18:00-21:00 Japan time the day before departure. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder first. If you still have not received it, please contact the supplier promptly. If you receive multiple emails, the latest one received shall prevail.
• 【About itinerary adjustments】This product may be adjusted based on factors such as weather. To ensure your safety, staff have the right to ask guests to suspend outdoor activities and will communicate with you to make alternative arrangements. The specific situation will be based on the actual conditions on the day.
• 【Regarding Leaving the Group Mid-trip】During a group tour, early departure or leaving the group mid-trip is not permitted. If you choose to leave the group mid-trip, any uncompleted portions will be considered voluntarily forfeited, and no refunds will be issued. You will be solely responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving or departing from the group. Your understanding is appreciated.
• [About the exquisite small group] The vehicle used is a 10-seater Hiace, and luggage is not allowed.
• 【Regarding Riding Regulations】Eating strong-smelling food and ice cream products is prohibited inside the vehicle. If personal conduct causes damage to in-car equipment or defaces the vehicle, compensation must be made according to the actual repair or cleaning costs incurred by the car company.
• 【Regarding Travel Date】Please be sure to use the relevant services according to the date shown on the order. If you do not travel on the order date, and arbitrarily change the travel date and request to use the service, the merchant has the right to charge an additional 100% of the fee (i.e., the full order amount) on-site, or refuse to provide the service. All consequences and responsibilities arising therefrom must be borne by yourself. Please be aware of this and strictly abide by it.

• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
