- The activity is not recommended: heart disease
- This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility
- This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
- Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions
- Pets are prohibited
- Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
- It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.
- Smelly food (e.g. durian) is not allowed in the facility

Confirmation
- You'll get confirmation within 48 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Tickets can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more
- The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 9 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
