[Recommended Equipment] Clothing: The temperature difference between morning and evening is large in autumn, so you can bring a cold-proof jacket for easy addition or removal. Shoes: Non-slip hiking shoes (be careful of slipping due to fallen leaves on some trails in autumn). Other: Lightweight backpack, thermos cup (for hot water), sunscreen, hat (windproof and sunscreen), small amount of snacks (such as chocolate, energy bars). Trekking poles are recommended for long routes.

[About Trip Duration] According to Japanese law, Japanese drivers’ maximum daily working hours should not exceed 10 hours (including going to and returning from the depot).
