Good location next to Shinsaibashi shopping street, need to walk a short distance to Namba station. Room is clean & well-maintained. Onsen at top floor looks decent though didnt get to experience it. Washing machine & dryer at top floor was convenient with monitoring system from TV in room or phone. Lifts can be a bit slow. Buffet breakfast was good though same spread throughout our 4D3N stay.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful! The hotel was in the perfect location. It is in walking distance to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi.

Perfect location and area to stay, very near to yodoyabashi station.Very accessible for a stroller user (elevator to station is near also). Drawbacks are minor, such as no free drink and room cleaning mark must be put by 8am. Laundry service is very busy, my clothes are not fully dry after 3 drying session. But it's great that you can watch live usage of the machine on your room TV.

good location with foods choices nearby and dotonbori/shinsaibashi area. easy to go to Kyoto/Nara/KIX airport using stations nearby. everything is good except the room temperature can't adjust much but is acceptable for us.

The hotel is up to expectations. Clean and organized. Staff are kind and enthuastic. Location however is a little out of the popular shopping spots even though subway stations like Yodoyabashi and Kitahama are minutes away. For those who prefer their shopping to be within walking distance this hotel may not be a good idea.

amazing stay. located next to nankai namba station. around 5min walk. 15-20mins walk to the heart of Dotonburi. breakfast was okay.
