loved this hotel. it was a joy to return to after days at Universal and the city of Osaka. stayed on 21st floor which enjoyed excellent views into the park and across to the city, very quiet at night once city walk shuts. so much space for our family of 4, all with our own beds. breakfast was plentiful and well suited our kids. we adults would probably have preferred a few more western options as after 4 mornings we probably would have enjoyed some variety. as soon as you walk out of the station the hotel is on the left. so convenient! afternoon coffee & pancakes appreciated by all. so close to all eateries and shops on city walk, including a lawsons immediately downstairs and outside. highly recommend for a return visit.

The hotel is nice and very strategic, just a 2-3 minute walk to the USJ entrance. The room is spacious enough for three people. Breakfast is also delicious. Highly recommended for those who are in Osaka, especially those who want to go to USJ. If you want to take the MRT, it is also very easy, just next to the hotel. There are also many convenience stores, there are 7-Eleven, Family Mart, or Lawson. Lawson is right below the hotel. Getting anywhere in Osaka is also easy.

Booked this hotel to be near USJ. Stayed for 4 bights. Walking distance to USJ, partial view of USJ from room. Facilities and floor space was decent, on packing day,if you move the table aside, there's enough room to open 1 large suitcase and 1 medium suit case. No cupboard though, only hanging points on the wall. Do bring extra hangars. Water dispenser and microwave available on each floor, very convenient. Laundromat on 3rd floor.

highly recommended location is so on point. 5 min walk to the park !!! no need to go early . restaurants and stores literally steps outside the hotel. staff is superb. cashless laundry and large rooms.
