Excellent location! Lots of food choices around the hotel. Good walking distance from Dohtonbori, mall with luxury stores and it’s basement has a good deal of cooked foods and sweets to bring home. The hotel itself is amazing, lots of thoughtful addition for the guests - foot massager in each room, pajamas, happy hour each night from 6-7pm, treats for the kids, apple cider vinegar drink in the lobby. Truly good value for the money. My only suggestion is they schedule the happy hour together with the takoyaki since 1 hour is so short!

everything was great for this hotel. comfy, good location. near to Nankai express if you are taking train to and from airport. basically you name it you have it.

Another great stay at this wonder hotel. Located close enough to each district, shops, trains, facilities. Staff are wonderful and helpful. Wish i didnt lose my card (still bummed by the lost card fee) The 6pm happy hour and 7pm snack service is a wonderful way to recharge then head back out for more fun.

Great stay with thoughtful touches Amazing staff who remember who I am, which made the stay feel genuinely personal and welcoming. I also really appreciated the hotel’s green initiative—simply leaving the basket with used towels outside the door before heading out for the day meant fresh ones were ready when I returned. There were also great complimentary offerings throughout the day, from the morning refreshments to the 6pm happy-hour drinks and late-night snacks. These little touches made the stay feel especially generous. The location is convenient, with access to multiple train stations, although most are a bit of a walk away. Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent service, thoughtful amenities, and a strong attention to detail. I’d happily stay here again.

This is the best place to stay if you’re coming or going to Kansai Airport because it’s just a 5 mins walk across the station. also just a 15 minute walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. The staff are friendly and would definitely come back again. sharing the view from our room.
