front desk staff were helpful when we were checking in! lobby also has free drinks from coffee, soda, and juices. overall, the hotel was clean and in a good location away from all the chaos but just a short walk away from the main area, would recommend ❤️

location was elite, the rooms carpet just had a fair few stains in them, same as out in the hallway, but other than that the area, location, and time to train station was elite. would stay again.

The location is good. However, the staff does not seem friendly. The room and its cleaning need to be improved. I like the free welcome drink, which is an unlimited free flow as long as staying in the hotel. I paid separately for breakfast, but it was quite disappointing.

Overall a positive hotel and the stay was decent. Let's start with the negatives - not much space for luggage like most Japanese hotels, so I had to open one luggage and block the bathroom stall door. More importantly, hotel is near the Keihan line of Osaka Namba, and the rest of Namba (JR, Kintetsu and other Metro lines) are a further walk. Neigbourhood is quiet, free coffee is a great treat, and it's still close enough to Namba and Dotonbori if you don't mind walking.
