The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was average.

Ordering online in advance is super convenient. The hotel staff called early in the morning to confirm our check-in time. The room was neat and clean, making our children feel very comfortable and safe. If you're planning a trip to Hualien, you might want to consider this place!
