This hotel was beautiful. The junior family suite was perfect for us. The pool was nice and the breakfast was amazing! Walking distance to the beach to explore. The town is very small and since Taroko National Park is still closed one or two nights is plenty until it re-opens!

After he returned to Taiwan in 2019, he took on the post as the chef at Hualien Taroko and initiated the local mutual beneficial concept, made contract with local small farmers, fused his 30 years of wok spirit to the quality resources from Hualien’s environment and agriculture to create the signature cuisines which blended Taiwanese and Cantonese essences for Lakeshore Hotel Hualien Taroko, providing dishes of authentic quality taste and inviting you to savor these dishes!
Persisting in the strong emotions towards this land of Taiwan, it begins with the primitive mountain at the back to create the “Simple, Pure, Natural” tea-drinking experience.

Designed with a standard double bed in combination with Japanese tatami gives the comfort of Oriental Zen color and flexible use of space.

Business hours: Brunch 06:30-13:30, Lunch 13:30-16:30, Dinner 17:30-21:00; Manbo Tea Shop carefully selects 100% natural and healthy raw materials without adding any chemical ingredients, Combining the purity of fresh milk from local pastures, under the picky water quality, time and temperature insisted by the employees, the tea is specially blended to be perfect and memorable. Business hours: 10:30-21:00.

In addition, there is a Tea House on the first floor of Serenity Hall. A calm and comfortable tea-tasting space, providing energy yoga tea, soothing spice teak, and other tea products. Business hours: 14:00-21:00.
