The room was spacious, and the accommodation had a much better atmosphere than I expected. In particular, the dinner was generous and delicious, and the private hot spring in the room was wonderful. I would love to come back again.

The room's bathtub was big enough, and the public hot spring pool was also great and very comfortable. It's a bit far from the old street, but the environment is pleasant, and the staff are very friendly. I hope that next time, children under 12 will be allowed in the public pool.

Such a lovely experience! We mixed up our booking but they accommodated us anyways, and being in a foreign country that made us feel very supported. Great location, great rooms, great views!

The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the public hot spring baths are very well maintained. Breakfast is a bit simple, but everything tastes good when you're enjoying the river view. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Aside from having to climb stairs, I can't find any faults.

We had a minor medical incident and the staff were extraordinary, adding to a wonderful stay. Very highly recommend the stay.

Second visit and still very satisfied. The hotel staff is warm and welcoming. The one-night, two-meal package is excellent value for money. The room has a comfortable hot spring tub. The mattress is just the right firmness. Breakfast and dinner were filling and satisfying (be sure to choose the Chinese breakfast, and my family recommends the sesame oil hot pot for dinner). The sausages and freshly made millet mochi in the old street were also great. A truly enjoyable and relaxing trip, and Wulai has become a regular stop on our trips north.
