At first I hesitate to book Excelsior after reading the reviews. But the location is really fantastic. We walk to Gerbang Malam, Ipoh Old Town and Ipoh Parade. All the popular dim sum, chicken/beansprouts, YTF, etc are just around the hotel. This “old” hotel has bigger (22 sqm) size room as compared to others. The hotel has been renovated and it’s so pleasant and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast too. Also the staff are so courteous. I have no regrets staying at Excelsior for 4 nights. Recommended 💕

This hotel is seriously the best, the room is crazy huge, the kids can run around in the room, really satisfied, will definitely repeat again
