Our family of four stayed here and found the reception staff to be friendly. It's very close to the Miramar shopping center, practically next door. Dining and kids' entertainment are very convenient. The beds were comfortable to sleep in at night, but the air conditioning was a bit strong.

A fun experience for families with young children. Enjoy a panoramic view of the city from above. An even better experience in the evening.

Cleanliness: Very clean Hotel location: Very convenient, within a 10-minute walk to Shilin Night Market. The room's soundproofing is excellent. The only minor drawback was the pillows! After one night, we both didn't sleep well because the pillows were too soft and low. But everything else was really great.

Service: Excellent, although it's a bit of a shame that you can't choose your preferred room type. Hotel Location: Very convenient, easily accessible by MRT, bus, or car.
