purchasing this ticket is the best thing we do. We were able to go in smoothly and had a good meal. Due to the monsoon, the clouds covered the area and we were not able to see it. However, we still enjoyed the place.

Alpine Coaster at Ba Na Hills was one of the most exciting parts of my visit. The ride was fun and gave an incredible adrenaline rush while still feeling safe and well-controlled. The controls were easy to use, so you can adjust your speed depending on how adventurous you want to be, but o though it was controlled and we had only the break that could be done manually. We did all 3 rides. I would definitely recommend trying the Alpine Coaster if you enjoy adventure and scenic rides.

I visited on a Wednesday in mid-June, and I heard it was Children's Day in Vietnam, but the winery was very, very uncrowded, which made my experience relaxed and comfortable. After scanning the QR code from my paper voucher at the entrance, I entered the tunnel. Inside the tunnel, there were many paintings, statues, and written explanations detailing the winemaking process. At the end was a bar where I could redeem my paper voucher for a cocktail. I was free to take my cocktail to the outdoor seating or to the second floor, both of which offered excellent views.

Booking experience was as Smooth as a butter. Ms Han, was our guide and did a great job from the start to end ensuring clear communication to enjoy the Ba Na Hill visit. Vehicle was clean and drive was very safe. Even though the weather was misty, Ms Han ensured to provide us Ponchos, which otherwise is very expensive in Ba Na Hill.

They took us up the mountain bright and early to beat the crowds, heading straight for the Golden Bridge first. We perfectly avoided both the heavy visitor flow and the afternoon mist, and didn’t miss a single iconic spot. We explored the French Village and Sky Garden at a totally relaxed pace — no rushed scheduling, no exhausting hurry to check off attractions. The itinerary was perfectly arranged. The biggest pleasant surprise was the photography! Our guide offered to take photos for us at every stop, and the angles they chose were so photogenic. We didn’t have to hassle with finding good spots ourselves, and walked away with tons of great shots perfect for social media. The whole experience was smooth and totally hassle-free. Absolutely worth it for anyone visiting Ba Na Hills!

Simply unforgettable! I recommend that You stay there to best enjoy everything. There’s so much to see, do, eat and shop. There are activities at every corner. Such a fun place. Must Go! Sun World is huge and try to go in early because the last cable car is at 4.30pm. Book a shuttle bus to help you ferry from place to place.

The tour is well-organized with very suitable price. We could design the initerary based on our needs and a private tour is very comfortable and fixed us because we have a baby. The operator is also so patient to adjust the schedule when we request. Such a beautiful and memorable trip!
