My family and I had an amazing time at Ba Na Hills! The Golden Bridge was absolutely breathtaking, and the cable car ride offered stunning views. Our guide, Thang, was really nice and helped us take so many beautiful photos that we'll cherish forever. He was also very knowledgeable and made sure the whole group felt taken care of. Highly recommend this tour for families visiting Da Nang!

Everything was spot on! Ez was the sweetest guide ever. He was very helpful and made sure everyone completed every activity on time , he also arranged for the alpine coaster tickets for us. Everything was included in our package from the cable car tickets to food so the tour was hassle free for us.

This time, our group of seven booked a Klook Ba Na Hills private tour for one day. Our guide, Huu Hang (Nguyen Huu Hang), contacted us a day in advance to confirm the pickup time and location, and meticulously informed us about the weather forecast and important notes for the day. On the day of the tour, he arrived at the hotel early in the morning and introduced us to many famous attractions in Da Nang along the way, such as the Dragon Bridge fire show, the night market under the Dragon Bridge, and the Marble Mountains temples. Throughout our entire trip up Ba Na Hills, he stayed with us, took care of us, and helped us find the best photo spots. When we arrived at the restaurant, he also found us a comfortable seating area and helped us get our food. We are truly grateful to him for allowing us to enjoy the entire trip with peace of mind and happiness.

This was my favorite and most memorable tour from my trip to Da Nang and is an absolute must-do! Everything was very well organized from start to finish, and I really appreciated the team contacting me beforehand and arranging transportation directly from my hotel. The timing of the itinerary was perfect and gave us plenty of time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge were absolutely stunning, and the international buffet was delicious with so many options to choose from. Even though it was busy, the food was well worth it. Overall, this tour exceeded my expectations and was one of the highlights of my entire trip. Highly recommend!

Our Ba Na Hills day tour was one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip and was absolutely worth every penny! Our tour guide, Han, was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent information about Ba Na Hills throughout the day. She kept the group well organized and made sure everyone had a great experience. Ba Na Hills itself is breathtaking. We were fortunate to experience both beautiful sunshine in the morning and the magical fog that rolled in during the afternoon after a thunderstorm, giving us two completely different but equally stunning views. The cable car ride was spectacular, offering unforgettable panoramic scenery. The Indian buffet lunch at Bharata Restaurant was another pleasant surprise. The food was delicious, with an excellent variety of dishes that made us feel right at home. Overall, this tour offered incredible scenery, great organization, delicious food, and outstanding hospitality. A special thanks to Han for making our visit so memorable.

It’s my second time to avail of this tour package. Ba Na Hills is still breathtakingly beautiful, with more activities, mostly games. I took the Alpine coaster this time (not in package), which was the highlight of this trip. The French village is still my favorite area and I cannot miss the landmark Golden Hands Bridge. Thanks to Han for taking care of this group.

Such a fun experience. A lot of walking involved so it is a must to have your comfy walking shoes on. A day is not enough to fully experience the place. The tour guide assigned to us, Phong, was very helpful. He assisted us thru every step and gave us the history of the place through out the journey. My family was tired afterwards but we enjoyed it thoroughly.

The Ba Na Hills tour was perfectly organized from start to finish and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The transfer was smooth, our guide was very friendly and motivated, and the Golden Bridge as well as the whole area were absolutely impressive. Of course it was quite crowded, but honestly it didn’t really bother us because everything was still well organized. We were offered the Fast Track option but decided not to book it and never felt like we missed out much, since the time saving didn’t seem that significant. Absolute recommendation: the 3 Alpine Coasters! For 250,000 VND per person you can ride all three and it’s a lot of fun. Only very small point — and this is complaining on a very high level: the English was sometimes a little hard to understand because of the Vietnamese accent. Overall still an easy 5-star experience!

our tour guide was Phong and he was so amazing showing us around BaNa Hills. we upgraded to the VIP pass and avoided the huge lineup for gondola that was over an hour wait. Well worth upgrading when you get there. so much to see don’t want to wait forever in long line in hot weather. We did lunch included and Buffett was amazing. lots food to choose from. Definitely go to Cabaret show. was great too!
