Our tour guide, Bao, was absolutely wonderful! He enthusiastically helped us find the best spots for photos and took amazing pictures; every single one turned out beautifully! Since I'm pregnant, he also frequently checked in on how I was feeling, which was very thoughtful. Ba Na Hills is such a comfortable destination, and the scenery is truly stunning. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Excellent tour and one of the highlights of my trip to Da Nang! Tu was a friendly, funny, and knowledgeable guide who made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how he helped take photos, and assisted with translations. The itinerary was well organized, the transportation was comfortable, and the timing at each stop was perfect. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Da Nang.

This was my favorite and most memorable tour from my trip to Da Nang and is an absolute must-do! Everything was very well organized from start to finish, and I really appreciated the team contacting me beforehand and arranging transportation directly from my hotel. The timing of the itinerary was perfect and gave us plenty of time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge were absolutely stunning, and the international buffet was delicious with so many options to choose from. Even though it was busy, the food was well worth it. Overall, this tour exceeded my expectations and was one of the highlights of my entire trip. Highly recommend!

This is my second trip to TIA becos I love their hospitality and the service, as well as the spa inclusive package. Its a nice resort if you want tranquility and quietness. We want to esp say thank you to a trainee named Ksoi, he was very attentive, gentle, always greet us with a smile and work really hard under the heat, both at the swimming pool and restaurant. I hope TIA would keep him as their permanent staff, as he is very professional, just like the rest of the team, as always. Thank you for giving my family and me with such a warm welcome again.

Ba Na Hills Day Tour is one of the bucketlist to be checked. We have a great day enjoying the place, experiencing the colorfuld palaces lookalike. Our tour guide, Ms. Han, is the best. 100% recommended tour guide.

We feel that five stars are not enough to represent the quality of service our guide, Huu Hang, provided. His thoughtful seat reservations, excellent and professional photography and videography skills, and his dedication to using his work experience to give customers the best possible experience, demonstrate a service spirit that is rare and commendable. The guide is currently learning Chinese; his language skills are already good enough for communication, but he is continuously improving to reach the level of a native Chinese speaker. We encourage everyone to support him.

The food tour with Amie was absolutely amazing! She is incredibly polite, knowledgeable about every establishment we visited, and did a fantastic job explaining the history behind each local dish. An awesome bonus was that she shared her personal recommendations for great local restaurants and coffee shops. She even helped me navigate and shop at the night market near the Dragon Bridge!
